I was having a Spanish dinner party and ordered some cheese and ham from the Tapas co. When the order arrived one of the cheeses was missing, and seemed to have been replaced by a much larger similar cheese. I took a photo and emailed the company and im pleased to say they dealt with it well. I was given a sincere apology and told it must have been a mix up in the warehouse. I was told I could keep the bigger cheese. Obvioulsy, not a great first impression as the order was incorrect but it was dealt with very well and I would use/ reccomend you again. Many thanks

This is the first time I have ordered from The Tapas Lunch Company, and it certainly will not be the last. I placed my on-line order late one morning, it was delivered mid-morning the following day - Norwich to West Cornwall! Most of the items in the box were still chilled. I have only sampled some of the contents but, based on those I have sampled I am greatly looking forward to the rest. The Pimientos de Padrón were perfect, exactly as remember them from tapas bars in Madrid and Leon. I have made a small impact on the Picos de Europa cheese; it is in peak condition and, imho is as good as Roquefort. The only other item I have sampled was a small jar of duck pate, which did not survive for 24 hours. This is one of the best on-line companies I have ever dealt with.

Searched the internet looking for a paella pan and ingredients, decided to try the Tapas lunch Company, not disappointed from looking at the website to receiving my order. Will definitely use again

The items ordered arrived within a couple days and were well packaged. The quality of the terracota dishes delivered was excellent, and as they are a gift I am really pleased.

Delivery as promised and tapas dishes (which will be a gift ) were as described and well wrapped to prevent breakage. Couldn't ask for more. Will be purchasing more in the future for myself this time

I have looked everywhere to buy wooden plates so that we can serve our pulpo Gallician style.On googling I came across this Tapas firm.You should try it. I will send you their email.I ordered 6 wooden plates and within days the order arrived.I am going to order some of their foods.It will be like being back in Spain.Tell Mary and Pat about the firm. They did so enjoy their holiday in Gallicia.Regards for now.M x

I placed an order at around 5pm on the 7th nov and it was delivered by 1pm on the 9th! I think that is super fast delivery. The items were a birthday present for my dad and he likes them so much he wants me to order him some more things for Christmas. :)

Purchased items for my son who is dyng to cook a paella. Christmas is coming, so ordered what I thought would be ideal. Ordered somethng for me and something for my daughter. Cannot believe it came the next day, delivery was quick and easy and packed really well. I wished I had ordered more which means I will before christmas and dont have to rely on my cousin sending me things fro Barcelona now. Brilliant selection and prices are good too.

I found it very easy to navigate the website and found the products I was looking for as well as some new one I wasn't. My one prblem was that I wasn't intending to buy so much at first but it was unclear whether the total package weight gone over the 1kg limit for £5.99 postage. When I realised my order was larger, it was too late to return and take things out or add more.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Tapas lunch company. We ordered on a Sunday and asked for a Thursday delivery and everything arrived in perfect condition on the requested day. The fresh goods were in a very good condition and we'd even bought something on special as it was near its due date but when it arrived, it had a long date going into next year. Would recommend this company to anyone and will certainly the ordering again.

I'm very pleased with my order which arrived fairly promptly. Unfortunately, it's unlikely that I will order from you again as adding an extra £10 for postage because I live in Scotland is, in my view, completely unacceptable. I do a lot of on-line shopping and do NOT appreciate being penalised like this. Scotland is not an independent country yet!.

As we live in Spain we ordered this for our daughter and fiance ( in UK ) as a Xmas present. The website was very user friendly, prices very good and service A1. Only one minor item ( not a complaint ) is that we were only notified by e-mail of delivery the day it was out for delivery, so we had no time to arrange delivery, hence there was nobody in to receive it. The delivery company was contacted to re- deliver Thursday, but they tried again Wednesday but again nobody in to receive. Not a problem they did succeed on Thursday. Basically, everyone was very, maybe too efficient, but had we been mailed 24 hours earlier we could have saved the carriers 2 delivery attempts. Maybe i am just being picky as i was in the parcel delivery game before moving to Spain. Would most definatley recommend the tapaslunchcompany and will use again.
