Dec 05,2012I generally delete requests for reviews of customer service but feel inclined to take a few minutes on this occasion as I was genuinely surprised and impressed by my first interaction with The Tapas Lunch Company. I had searched high and low in the Leeds/Bradford area for a local supplier of Padron peppers and other delicacies to help me replicate at home some of the magical culinary experiences I have sampled on my business trips to Madrid. I was sadly disappointed - even by the fabulous Leeds Market. I found everything I was looking for on The Tapas Lunch Company website and placed a small order to try out their service and quality. The website is easy to use, the email communication is first class and their promise of next day delivery was met. I was also really impressed with the neat and careful packaging and the addition of the frozen ice bags at point of packaging to keep the produce cool during transportation.....somebody here REALLY cares!!! The Padron peppers were of the best quality and lasted well in the fridge for a few days......until I ate them all! The chorizo and morcilla is excellent, a cut above anything I have had from any of the big supermarkets as is the iberico and serrano jamons. I shall most definitely be placing another order before new year asI am preparing a Spanish feast for New Years eve with some close friends. Gracias ! Steve Sears

Placing my order was easy and payment even easier, as often sites reject your payment type. Value for money , quality products and should I need to order again I would have no concerns in doing so. Excellent delivery service, delivered to my place of work.

Nov 29,2012I ordered my ham online at 13.53 and happened to notice if you order before 14.00 you would receive you goods next day,I thought there is no way that will happen having dealt with numerous deliveries, so in the evening I tracked my parcel on their link(which again was easy) only to find it had been delivered and a message telling me where it was left,I am still amazed at such good service,its nice to know someone out there has got the customers needs down to perfection!

Dec 08,2012I ordered a 1Kg Manchego cheese and 500g Padron peppers. The peppers were supremely fresh and very tasty. My only gripe is I couldn't order the peppers on their own because the delivery charge is about the same as the cost of the produce & I do like my Padrons. I will order form this site again - there are so many interesting goodies to choose from.
