Dec 14,2012I ordered some Christmas treats for the family. Within a day or so of ordering, i had an email explaining that a few items were temporarily out of stock but would be available very soon. True to their word, the complete order arrived well in time for Christmas. The selection was delicious and very popular with all, and it was good to be kept fully informed of what was happening.

Dec 13,2012Clearly the assumption when you ask customers for their feedback is that they have had a good experience of your service. However, there is always a danger of this backfiring when this isn't the case. As it is with me: you have told me that, contrary to your advertising, you didn't have several of the items that make up a gift selection I ordered, and so were unable to fulfil my order immediately. However, you did tell me this fairly promptly, and promise to make good the order as soon as possible, as opposed to a different supplier, who "forgot" to tell the warehouse about my order altogether. That said, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ORDER. So on a purely objective basis, your service is rubbish.

Dec 11,2012I was pleased with the service and the speed of the delivery. Good quality products too. The only thing I found wrong was that products were on offer and gave you a code to type in to get the money off at the checkout. This was a bit of a con as you could only enter one code so you ended up paying the normal price for everything else. Why not just automatically put the offer price at the checkout?

Dec 10,2012I was disappointed with the lack of care taken with our order. One of the tapas dishes was the wrong size and two of the boxes of 'sweets' had been previously opened, although the contents were still intact. I accepted the order as it was as we didn't have time to return. I would hesitate before using them again, although hopefully this was a one-off mistake.

Absolutely delighted with it, very sharp, lovely shape. Was notified by email that it had been despatched one morning and it arrived later that same day. Would certainly use the company again and thoroughly recommend.
