Dec 28,2011I worked for a while in Madrid and loved Turron,membrillo etc. I am now living in the UK and this Christmas during a conversation with my wife I suddenly remembered Christmas food and sweets from Spain. I searched the internet and The Tapas Lunch Company had a wide range of products and a very professional website. I placed an order and in a couple of working days we were eating Turron,Manchego,Serrano etc. Many thanks for happy memories from Spain and Madrid

For a company to deliver up to 20kgs for only £5.99, next day, and whose products are carefully sourced, great quality, and very reasonably priced, it is a superb achievement. Dec 20,2011We love Barcelona, and the best tapas bars, Cal Pep is probably the most highly esteemed, but Casa Julio is very friendly with fantastic tapa, find it and you will not be disappointed - it is possible to make great tapa from the produce from TTLC. In particular pimiento de padron are out of season in Galicia but cunning Moroccans fill the gap and you can feel you are sitting in the sunshine and looking out over the Med. and having a great time. Long may they flourish in East Anglia. And the Membrio is good too.

Dec 20,2011I ordered the Soporte Jamonero (Ham Stand) and was very disappointed with it. Firstly, it does not look to be the same as the picture. A different colour 'wood' and not as good looking. Secondly when we pulled the ham rest up, it had not been stained completely and we can see bare patches on either side.

Dec 29,2011Received my order secure and chilled which was a big plus, everything was as it should be and rekindled memories of our summer holiday. I was worried about the padron peppers being fresh enough to last a week or so, but there was no need to worry as they were very fresh and there was no chance of there being any left, think I'm addicted to them!! great service and I will be using again, cant wait for the summer!!
