Dec 19,2011The dishes i ordered were great and very well packed. the website was easy to use on my phone. The delivery company used (ukmail) was not great i missed the first delivery and the calling card that they left had no contact number, when i did finally get a number i called and there was no answer and i tried 3 or 4 times. I called the Tapaslunch helpline and the guy was very helpful and went out of his way to put things right so many thanks. x

One item was missing, but when I got in touch with the company they responded straight away and I received the item very shortly. Dec 15,2011I ordered a real mixture of odds and ends from The Tapas Lunch Company, and crossed my fingers as it was my first order. I needn't have worried - everything arrived in good condition as promised. Even the boxes of polvorones had survived. My only (slight) niggle is that the painted dishes for olives weren't bubble-wrapped, and that's only because they're destined to be Christmas presents and it would have made packing them easier! I shall be looking forward to any excuse to order again!

Dec 15,2011After both phoning and emailing customer service to confirm a specific delivery date which I entered on my original order you completely ignored it. Fortunately , by a fluke, I happened to be in on the wrong delivery date but it is very frustrating to have something delivered 2 days prior to the instruction , even though my instruction was clearly marked on the package. The Ham seems lovely though !
