Dec 12,2011I thought the range of products was good, ordering very simple, and delivery very quick. Unfortunately I made a mistake with my order and had to return some goods and this proved to be a little expensive and perhaps why it can sometimes be easier buying from a shop rather than online so maybe this could be improved. Overall very happy with my purchase though.

I was delighted that your company can supply items which are difficult to obtain from British supermarkets that remind me of my many happy years in Spain. Dec 11,2011We have tried to find authentic Paella spice in the UK but have allways found it too expensive, your product came in quick time and at a very reasonable price, weve used it many times now and it makes a real differance to our cooking. The only thing I can comment other than that is the product gives no tips on how to use it, this wasnt a problem for us but for new Spanish cookery hopefulls, some cooking tips would be beneficial. Dec 08,2011We used The Tapas Lunch company for the first time mainly to get some Turron for Christmas. Then we saw other things too! We paid online one afternoon and the next evening our items arrived on the South coast, many miles from their headquarters. We had a tracking number and this made it easier to know just when the food parcel was due although a morning or afternoon delivery window would be better to avoid us having to wait in all day but this is not The Tapas Lunch Company's fault but the delivery companies. Oh and the food is great too!

Dec 07,2011If I could have one improvement it would be to have visibility of the weight of the shipment. In that way you could understand and calculate the shipping costs as you add things to your basket.

Dec 15,2011Very disappointed. Good service but product really bad. I usually buy different brands of tinned tripes...Litoral, etc (even supermarket brands ie carrefour, Caprabo, Mercadona...). I bought 5 tins and i would really like to return as not satified. But I wonder if its worth paying for the postage. I will have to chuck them in the bin as the are not edible. Not being harsh just honest.
