I went for the premium tier and have had 3 books written. To a high standard. They have good quality writers which you have to select. If you provide a quality outline and communicate with your writers you can get exactly what you want.
Great to work with. I had requested 4 sample writings from Premium writers and found it was a difficult decision to narrow it down to one, as they were all very good. I’m very pleased with the project. I’ll be back again.

The ghostwriter I worked with was very professional and timely and helped develop a 30k business book on financial management. I recommend using TUW for your projects, as it saves time and energy, and they get the job done. Be sure to monitor and communicate with your writer regularly. My writer was very open to suggestions and made great modifications to the product.

What I liked and couldn't have done without was the support angel Nyasha Mutama. She was the only highlight of TUW. I used to write software, technical manues and tought adult business entrepreneurs, but I have never encountered such a cumbersome platform. To start with, the menu bar on the right side is so poorly done. The entire navigation is horrible. But most of all, the amount of wasted time not to be able to talk to the writers (3) directly cost me many weeks and even more frustrations. And then there was the glitch where corrections showed only for one day and then reverted back! I doubt I will use TUW for my other books.
This was my first experience with TUW and it was not the best. The first ghostwriter asked me some days to start the job and I accepted, but after 2 weeks she quit. So I had to look for a new ghostwriter. I asked some writers I liked but they didn´t respond. So I had to hire one that requested the job even when I was not sure about his talent. He took more than a month to finish the book which was too long for me. The editor was ok but not exceptional, she barely suggest some adjustments. And the cover designer was not was I expected.
I'm basically rewriting our book. Our business book required the highest tier for pricing, and the writer we selected, while having good samples, clearly is not a native English speaker. Her writing was juvenile and used uncommonly flamboyant language for a serious business book. We had her replaced part way through, I wish we had done that sooner before she did so much damage. The replacement writer did a decent job of finishing the book and making corrections, but overall it's not good, and I feel like we wasted our money. We even paid for line-by-line editing on top of the initial business package because it needed help, and I still can't publish this as is.
The prompt response I got from working with the company. The quality is very good so far. It is a bit costly for me, but I understand the circumstances of the pandemic.
It really helps me with my book. Excellent writers who are really experienced.
