Aug 21,2023TUW provides a unique service. I appreciate the package deals. I had a wonderful interaction with your urbanites. Navigation and understanding what and how to proceed through steps can be better. The YouTube videos and written guidance should expand on instructions. For example , my outline was accepted by me. The written instructions said to download the file. The file was grey. I had t try 2 different times to download the file. If the file color were green, I would have a better assurance that I was following proper procedure.

Aug 20,2023There is no through line from task to task on full package books so each task loses the information of the previous one, chats, shared files, etc. Communication varies from individual from very poor to just ok to very good, no consistency. Visibility and conversation into the creative process is not well shared with the buyer. I ended up rewriting and editing my book myself to get what I expected and only the cover was worth all the previous struggles. Great cover.

Aug 18,2023I liked the ability to interact with the writers and collaborate. The writers were patient and listened to what I was looking for. The editor also was a great person when it came to detail so that I felt like I was in professional hands. And the administration and editors were pretty quick to responding to my questions and requests. However, the computer interface for editing the book, I believe was lacking. During the editing process, it was difficult communitcating edits because even after I made a comment about the line that needed correcting -- when the writer fixed it -- everything would shift. So all the numbers I referenced would be off and I'd have to go back and find the issue again. Also at the end of the edting process, I could not see what the actual final manuscript looked like until after I approved the document and downloaded it. This is not a good thing for the client. I should be able to see what I'm buying before I sign off on it. I am hoping this gets fixed because it was a frustrating part of the writing process.
