Aug 10,2023I am well pleased with the quality with every person that worked on my book. What I am not pleased with are the tutorials which I was referred to go and watch. If I didn't have a husband that was somewhat computer literate it would have been impossible or nearly impossible to complete.

Aug 02,2023Overall a good platform but as a newbie, I did find it difficult to understand the process (I bought a full package). I spent a lot of time trying to navigate, watch videos, speak to admin etc. and also made a lot of mistakes which cost me time. It would have been more helpful to have a simple step-by-step guide through the process, including useful tips on expectations. Also, not all freelancers are reliable. My manuscript writer kept asking for extensions, doubling the initial expected timeframe and my first book description writer bailed on me, wasting even more time.
