Jan 26,2023It’s been fantastic. BUT, I really wish there was a Zoom option to actually speak with my writers. It’s very difficult doing everything in writing through PM. I’ve always worked with my freelancers via video chat and I’d give TUW 5 stars if that was possible.

Admin support don't read messages thoroughly enough so I often had to ask the same question several times to get a answer. The editor missed several typos. And, I was also misquoted for a journal to accompany my book

Jan 07,2023My freelancers were all great and I have provided reviews for all of them individually- I’m not great technically or perhaps just not very intuitive, so I did find the platform hard to navigate and so I often did a chat or DM to whichever freelancer I was working with at the time and they were all very patient and helpful - admin also got back to me promptly - I have been on this project for several months so it’s definitely not a quick process but it just takes time I guess and sometimes I was a little slow getting back to people - I would definitely recommend TUW in terms of the quality of the freelancers and probably many other people would manage the platform better than me
