Those that I have worked with have been great! I wish the platform was a little more user friendly. The tags for writers and others is very limited. I want to be able to search for writers who have an interest in Christian based writing and the "religious and spirituality" tag is probably 90% nonchristian...so I have to spend hours upon hours digging into each one, sending direct messages and waiting for replies...Christian writing is a pretty big thing so I feel there should be someway to quickly connect. Also, the many multiple ways to send messages is very convoluted. There are all sorts of avenues of where a message is located and which section it is in: direct, invites, various projects...finally, I'm a paper guy. I find it very difficult to peruse and revise and edit copy on the platform. I'd much prefer to mark up paper and either physically type my revisions back in on the platform or scan and upload my marked up copy. Because I can't print or copy the text to print I cannot do this. I wish there was some way to print the drafts. The teams management thing doesn't seem useful. I'm not sure what its use is.

It took 5 months for me to arrive at the point of a completed project. Not only is it upsetting because of the time lost but also because of the effort and frustration I experienced just trying to get someone at TUW that would produce work that is of quality and not plagiarized! Neither the writer, nor original editor cared to submit quality work and when I was initially expressing this to customer service, I received pushback until I asked for a manager...

Working with Phoenix has been a real pleasure, and our editor Tracy did a terrific job. Everything moved along at a professional pace and I am very happy with the finished product. While the platform is confusing and non-intuitive for a newbie, admins are quick to help out and many instructional videos are offered to help clarify navigating through the process.

The original work was completely unsatisfactory and unreadable in my opinion. TUW did a good job although slow in response, to rectify the work at an additional cost because the writer was still paid. I feel like the writer did not communicate well for me to make timely changes and they pushed the work through. The second writer was a bit better, but still had an issue with copy pasting and the work seemed very repetitive. It was said to be an error that would be corrected, and it was very difficult and confusing for me to try to find all of the errors. I have found out later that the editor also missed them and they made it in to the final work. Therefore, the entire project had many problems from start to finish. The writers were not the highest level, so I understand, but I may not hire at that level again from this experience.

The ghostwriter who completed my outline was fast and thorough with her research. The Platform is very organized, yet a bit confusing for the newbie. However, I caught on pretty quickly. I'm anxious to move on to my writer, editor, and cover designer!
