Oct 02,2022Being a first time writer probably caused much aggravation on the part of the admin. group and I apologize. But what could be improved in my opinion is as follows: 1. The website is probably one of the most unfriendly websites I've come across. 2. The video is next to useless. I could find those features just by exploring. 3. There is no Instruction index of which to ask questions like what is an editor and what is a formatter and what person does what and what people do I need to complete the book requirements. 4. I had only two responses from ghost writers. One was a lawyer in South Africa and the other was Inferno. Inferno said she had previously written about the Illuminati and was familiar with scripture. I paid extra for a top tier writer which I don't believe I received. 5. I read her writing every day and at the beginning she did awesomely. Then when I mentioned a few biblical principles she began to interject her personal options and beliefs to a degree that I couldn't keep up with the changes that needed to be made. 6. Under the subtitle of "Dangers of a Compromised Church" which was about how the churches are compromising their values, the entire paragraph was about what you needed to do to get closer to God. 7. She had plenty of material to use, my outline was 52 pages long but when she was short on words she chose to repeat the same principle over and over in different words. 8. My editor left her a note about it and he cleaned it up a little. 9. When I messaged Admin about my book cover that I had been waiting for, his answer was very condescending he told me to just wait. I responded with a message I felt it was his job to find out why it was on hold. I received a flashing message back that I should have chosen a better person to do the cover. I hope he no longer works there. 10. The person who did my cover was waiting for the file that was to be on the back of the book. I then messaged admin who said yes, the back of the cover was done and then placed it in the shared file folder. I would say I had to wait for my book due to poor communication from whoever. 11. Needless to say, I had many frustrating moments. In my opinion the most important thing would be to have an index of definitions, functions, and processes.

Oct 01,2022Absolutely horrible. I will never work with this company again. The book they wrote was garbage not because the content because of the editing or lack of. My order was completed months ago and in still cleaning up the grammar and overall material. I would rather write my own book with a pencil before using them again.

Sep 28,2022Great platform. All I would recommend is someone to talk with not text. Sometimes the visual messages gets lost. Additionally, it takes time to get a response so that clear understanding can be gained. Otherwise, the service is great.

Sep 28,2022I ordered a manuscript for a non-fiction book and was pleased with the work. There were some delays but the writer did a really good job. Once I received my manuscript back I used an editing software and found a lot of things to change. I question what their editor actually did. Overall I am very pleased and I will definitely use their services again.

The writing style and tone were perfect for my book. She conveyed facts and information that were technical to a teen audience, in a way they could break down and digest, be easily understood, and apply to their life. I have added both to my team for future projects and look forward to working with them again soon!

Sep 20,2022Experiencie was great, my book came out amazing I loved working with the writer. I will definitely be using her for my next books. The formatting was not the best. I don’t think I will formatting my book with them again, there was some things that I had to go in there qnd fix and also they just did a general formatting. The book is no very well formatted for the Ebooks. My designer was great and design turned out to be amazing. The editing was also super nice and fast My book description was great as well I would recommend that. Everything was great except for the formatting that had some problems on it

The GW that is writing the book will start tomorrow, but she has already communicated with me a few times. The guy that is designing the cover is also contacting me about my preferences. So far so good.
