Jun 21,2022Failed to deliver desired manuscript. The customer service team was quick to response to problems, but the system is extremely hard to use. Line number keeps changing when something is amended, is hard to keep track. Had two bad experiences with the writers. One plagiarized from various website, the other writer is on the edge of plagiarism and many incorrect information so lots of change had to be made. Only one good experience so far but it was for a small project.

Jun 21,2022Definitely going to use TUW again, liked the writer and the contact with them. You have a chat where you can chat with your writer and admin, and you can see your text continually and add feedback. You also have 3 or 4 moments to revise the draft. The only downside is that when you add feedback at a specific line number (for example, line number 263) and the writer adds a few lines before that line, the line will move down to, for example, line 270, but on the feedback page, it will still say that the feedback is about line 263. Due to this, I didn't know about some feedback points about what part it was or had to look really good for it.

Jun 21,2022One of the best websites… the only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because some of the writers won’t be finishing on time as promised. But I do recommend everyone to choose the urban writers and I would prefer if the prices won’t change.
