Oct 20,2016I've been a long-time shopper at other sites like thetiebar.com and Barney's but will have to saw ties.com has won me over for the price, selection/variety, and attention to detail with their customer service. Bought a handful of socks, and a matching bow tie and skinny tie to wear with my partner at a wedding. After I had checked out I had completely forgotten to use a coupon to get a discount off of the final sale. Frantically sent an email to see if I could cancel the order to try again (as I've been so accustomed to the 'other guys' and the hassle of saving a dollar or two). Not only was the support/ customer assistance team easily reachable, they raised the bar for on-like shopping and helped me apply the discount without having to go through extra hoops or steps. It may have seemed like a small gesture on their part but it made the difference and has been one of the most positive shopping experiences I've had in recent memory. The ties and accessories are of a high quality and easily among my favorite to wear. (Side note/ bonus: the packaging was engaging and included a how-to tie tying guide which included ties.com branding).

Loved all the prints and the price was very responsible. My favorite part was their shipping! It was super quick and came in great packaging! Cute box with tissue, products were also individually wrapped and a free keychain. Who doesn't like getting free stuff with their purchase! Highly recommend to any girl out there looking for gifts for their significant other.

Aug 30,2016I was looking for a way to organize my ties and belts and I found the perfect thing at ties.com. It hangs all of my ties on one side; belts on the other. It requires no special installation or mounting, because it goes on a clothes rod just like any other hanger. The company took my order and handled everything in a very timely manner - I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Eddie in NC

Nov 01,2016I paid extra to get my tie for my nephews homecoming, but it never showed up. I finally got the tie and cufflinks 2 days after homecoming due to shipment era on Fedex I am assuming. When I got it, the product was nice.
