My orders are always received in just a few business days, and if their is ever anything I don't like, or wasn't what i was expecting, they are very reasonable and work with you until satisfied. My go to spot for ties and other accessories.

I bought the Higgs Boson tie which is quite colorful and I work around NASA so naturally, it was well received. My other two ties (the American Flag and the Spaced Out) are to be worn later. Jun 16,2016I purchased 2 ties. One came and looked as I expected. The other had flaws. I really didn't want to pay for the cost of returning a defective tie so I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and easy to deal with. In the end, and within just a day of my initial inquiry, the company found that the tie I ordered was defective, not just mine. So they could not replace my tie at no extra charge (including shipping) but would fully refund me. It is so rare to have a company be able to efficiently and accurately investigate a problem like this and be able to properly handle it. I was extremely pleased.

Shopping was easy (well, choosing what to buy was difficult because I wanted tog get everything!!) and my products shipped promptly. Will definitely be buying more from Ties.com!

Aug 13,2016Each of my bridesmaids is going to wear a different fall colored dress, and so I needed ties for the groomsmen - each guy would wear the same color tie as the dress of the girl with whom he was walking. I had swatches in hand from the dress colors, and needed to match ties. I needed 6 ties, and I ordered 8. I found EXACTLY the right colors and sent the other two back, no problem! The refund was processed quickly and the ones I kept are the PERFECT color. 6 perfect ties for $120? Uhh, you can't beat that. I will definitely be buying again!
