Dec 17,2024We’re deeply disappointed and found the process very stressful, would not consider reordering. We particularly found the staff to be very unresponsive, we did not receive replies to emails around queries about prepayment/confirmation/delivery. There was also a significant lack of clear communication or perhaps miscommunication about delivery processes and timeframes involved with several false promises and delays.

The range is actually amazing .. just about every style you’ve seen online is sold there . Now I’m considering some bathroom update just so I can go back and pick something new
