The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. We are adamant that you will not encounter a more professional but friendly and genuine sofa buying experience in the UK.

May 06,2015We ordered two Chesterfiels chairs, we go at delivery date, and we had a nice contact with Timeless Chesterfields. They mailed us when the chairs was ready for dispatch, and 3 days later the chairs was delivered on our adress in Denmark. Good service. And we for sure will buy Chesterfiels there next time also.

We were never pestered in the showroom where we spent a very long time on deciding which sofas to buy, but the staff were there on hand to answer any questions we had. We are delighted with the sofas and couldn't have wished for better.

Mar 20,2015I couldn't be happier with my two beautiful leather couches. Top quality and well worth the wait. Saxon did an excellent job and the quality of workmanship is top notch, The only drawback is shipping, I live in the USA and our customs is very slow in processing items entering the country. I used overseas freight but will use air freight the next time. I am already looking at ordering chairs and I just received my shipment on Monday!! Great job!

Mar 20,2015We received our timeless chesterfield sofa's yesterday, (Oxford Antique Chestnut), we'd only seen them online and ordered directly from the website and the process was smooth an effortless (although I'd advise people ordering online to maybe give a quick call to the sales team to make sure the order is as required in the system , Even without seeing them they are exactly as shown on the website and look great. The services has been excellent from start to finish, delivery was excellent and the guys who had driven 3 hours to get to delivery to Colchester were friendly, efficient, and gave plenty of advice on maintaining the sofa's. I'd recommend Timeless Chesterfield to anyone wanting a new sofa, I'd advise that patience is the key as it did take just over 8 weeks to receive them which is understandable due to the care and attention that must go into these sofa. Well worth the wait! Thanks you to all at Timeless Chesterfield!

The furniture quality is amazing, all details as per the pictures, no surprises. They included a footstool on the package which is great as well. The team involved on the ordering process is really helpful and they are customer service oriented. We would positively recommend this company to anyone.

Mar 11,2015I was looking for a sofa bed with a comfortable bed. Most are either good as a sofa and bad as a bed, or with a good bed but uncomfortable as a sofa. Timeless Chesterfields was a good choice. It was the only company I could find which provides Chesterfields which did not compromise on the bed part. It has a good mechanism with a proper sprung base and sprung mattress. I slept on it for several nights over Christmas and found it quite comfortable. As a sofa it is firm but this is to be expected when it is new. I was nervous about buying something like this sight unseen, but the quality of the product is great and the colour as expected. The staff were very helpful and it was delivered on time.

Mar 05,2015Chose this company over others due to the high quality product and high level of customisation offered. We bought a Classic 3-seater sofa and armchair and both items look and feel fantastic. My only criticism is that the website suggested that the lead time for delivery would be 6-8 weeks, however delivery actually took 3 months. I would buy from here again however I would confirm delivery times before placing the order and may reconsider if the lead time is excessive.

The chair itself is perfect; a beautiful colour, well made, incredibly comfortable and it was custom made to our specifications. We couldn't have asked for more.
