The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. We are adamant that you will not encounter a more professional but friendly and genuine sofa buying experience in the UK.

Mar 03,2015I discovered Timeless Chesterfields online without any prior knowledge since I live in Germany. I was astonished about the price offer for a custom made sofa. So I called the company and I was very informed about the whole procedure from manufacturing, to payment to shipping to Germany. I also had a special request for the delivery and it was all done as requested. The Sofa is beautiful and I am very proud to own a custom made Chesterfield.

Mar 03,2015I have always appreciated the timeless elegance of Chesterfields. There are some designs that never seem to age, and the Chesterfield is certainly one of them. I found the Timeless website via an internet search. The website is very informative and interactive. The different available designs are clearly presented, together with the choice of leathers and other options. Prior to assembly, a sample of the actual leather to be used was received by mail to ensure the finished produce was exactly as envisaged. The promised delivery was kept, and the furniture has proven to be exactly what I wanted.

While I undertook as much due diligence as possible I was still a little worried to transfer the money to a UK account before receiving the chair. But our concerns were absolutely unnecessary. The whole transaction went smoothless, with the staff from Timeless Chesterfield always available for any questions / special requests. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company and the products. Mar 03,2015We spent ages looking for sofas that were both the correct size and would look in a period property. Finally we agreed on looking at Chesterfields. We bought 2 sofas after receiving samples to judge what would match with the rest of the decor. The communication from the company was excellent from the start, great customer service. The sofas are outstanding quality, and we have had them for months now and they still look as good as new - I thought the leather would wear quicker than it has. The stitching, finishing, colour - all superb. We went for castor wheels - I was worried with a restored 100-year-old wooden floor, but it hasn't marked the floor at all, and the sofas glide with ease. Delivery was at a time convenient to us (the evening after work), and was courteous despite a long drive to carry 2 sofas up! Overall I am really pleased with our choice - the company's service and the product that we purchased. Would recommend without doubts.

Mar 03,2015We are so happy with our Regent corner sofa! We went over to the showroom at the end of November, ordered the sofa at the beginning of December and the delivery was, as promised, in the first week of February. As the sofa was made especially for us, before production they send us a large piece (18x12 cm) of leather taken from the hides that they would use for our sofa to ensure it was fully to our satisfaction. I had excellent communication with the different departments via e-mail. The response was always swift. This sofa was delivered in Belgium neatly wrapped in bubble plastic and packed in 4 huge cardboard boxes. Very safe for transport. We only had to fit the legs. The different parts of our corner sofa fit perfectly together. Assembly was very easy. The quality is excellent! Very soft leather, comfy cushions, every seam very even. Owning a piece of furniture of this quality gives you a feeling of luxury!
