The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. We are adamant that you will not encounter a more professional but friendly and genuine sofa buying experience in the UK.

Mar 02,2015I have always been interested in English furniture and being as I Iive permanently abroad I have the normal desire of a voluntary exil, to have a little bit of England around me in my home. I have a green ´German Kachelofen´ (tiled oven) in my living-room and the ordered slipper chair and footstool, in identical green, fits perfectly. A series of telephone calls to your company, helpful employees, good advice, excellent service and one day the joy of receiving a wonderful piece of English furniture. I am grateful. Thank you.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, der Service ausgezeichnet. Bevor die Sofas bezogen wurden bekamen wir eine Lederprobe zugesandt mit der Bitte, diese freizugeben. Jan 30,2015I received my most elegant and CLASSY Chesterfield Office Furniture yesterday, 29 January 2015. Ordered a few weeks ago in November 2014. From start to finish the company Saxon Furniture did not disappoint. The customer service I received was beyond my expectation from everyone I interacted with, the likes of Adele Evans, Janette Turnbull (who is the wonderful Export Sales Manager), Lucinda Davies, Mitchell Brown, Louise Schofield a wonderful, wonderful team. The way they collaborate is second to none, from Saxon Furniture you only experience the very best service, that is very quick, efficient and they leave no stone unturned in answering customers questions. My chesterfield furniture arrived in absolutely great condition, smelling of beautiful genuine leather. The chestefield furniture is very well made, even after I checked about 40 times I could not find any mistake whatsoever on any part of the chesterfield furniture. This is how PERFECT, Saxon Furniture is, they pay attention to every detail and this made me so happy as I am a very discerning customer. I recommend anyone who has class and does not like to compromise on quality to FORGET some other companies who imitate Chesterfields and fix your mind only to Saxon Furniture in U.K as they are experts in making timeless classy and elegant chesterfields. Leather samples arrived swiftly and the finished product arrived as promised within the time frame quoted. Well done. We bought the unfolding sofa-bed (Chesterfield) - comfortable both sitting and sleeping. Appearance well above what we expected. All our friends are most impressed. Nov 28,2014I don't regularly order furniture from abroad as I find the delivery process sometimes can be rather tricky where bulky items are concerned, but I was searching for a nice wing chair for my living room and came across the Timeless Chesterfields website. The site is easy to navigate and provides a great overview of the products available. Customising my Classic wing chair was a pleasant, uncomplicated affair, as was requesting a quote and putting my order through to the Saxon Team. Everyone at Saxon (from Accounting to Sales) - I could name names but really, every employee I dealt with was as courteous and helpful as the next - did a wonderful job of getting me my chair and I commend them for their wonderful service - and I thank each of them for building the chair I had in my head with such attention and care to my specifications. The leather is lovely and the workmanship is excellent. I do not give a review unless I feel that something really deserves the recognition and I think this company does. Thank you again. Nov 18,2014I am overwhelmed by my new sofas from timeless chesterfields. The whole process was seamless - easy to order, fantastic advice and service in the process, and a very good lead time! The delivery was also faultless with the drivers carrying the sofas up 3 flights of stairs without a flinch. (Which was a surprise as in prior experience John Lewis / Laura Ashley and Heals DO NOT do this) When I saw my new chesterfields in my lounge for the first time I was truly speechless. I never thought I would ever be able to afford something so luxurious in my home and they have transformed the mood of the whole house. Comfort was a big issue for me and the churchill sofas did not let me down. They are sublime! I could not recommend this company enough. The quality is outstanding and I don't think I have ever purchased anything that is such good value for money. The service is exemplary and I am certain that I am now a customer for life.

Easy to order exactly what we wanted and straight forward. When our sofa arrived I was thrilled with it. It looks beautiful and the quality is great. Everyone admires it. Would definatly recommend this company to family and friends without a doubt. I've now had it a few months and still as pleased as the day it was delivered.

Oct 09,2014We purchased our sofa and the whole process from start to finish was really simple. Ordered on line they contacted us to confirm details. Contacted them with concerns about getting the sofa through the door but was assured would not be a problem. when it was ready they called to confirm that we would be home on the delivery day. On the day they contacted us with an estimated time for delivery then later the delivery guys called us to tell us they were 15 minutes away. The guys brought the sofa in and true to their word it went through the doors no problem. Sofa looks every bit as good as we thought and is really comfortable. I actually think it will outlast me it is built so well. If you are looking for a chesterfield sofa these are the people you want to be talking to they really know what they are doing and even the delivery guys are proud of the furniture they produce. Well done and Thank you.
