Nov 23,2022Delivered on time. Packed for protection. On using the vaccuum it charged and appears to work really well. One star less as the manual could be improved. It shows the parts of the vaccum, but no clear explanation on emptying. I had to experiment for some time, hoping I wouldn't spoil/break anything. At first the means for emptying it was so stiff I doubted it was the correct thing to do. Eventually my efforts were successful and it empties very easily. One particular useful item is a gauge on the handle iindicates the amount of energy taken in/available; very handy!
