Oct 24,2024I put in an original order with your department and in that order, I originally put the wrong delivery address. I immediately replied back and asked you to change the address to the correct one instead of changing the address to the correct 1 you changed both my billing address and the delivery address to the wrong one I recontacted your department and asked them to cancel the shipping and send it to the appropriate location and the answer was it's already shipped but you would charge me double the amount to bring it back and re ship it to me. I find this in poor taste in bad business, and I would not recommend your business to anybody because of an error that was made on your part when I originally asked you to change it. I'm very dissatisfied and I'd be happy to talk to someone in a management or owner position.
