Weekend open for pick up
Well …. I don’t even want to give one star at all. Extremely bad customer service !! We bought the laser machine on Feb 19,2024, and we barely used it since it was CNY break. We started to use that on mid March. However, the machines laser function was broken after the 2nd time used!! We contacted the company by phone and by emails., but they both gave us an “robot “ answer! — we have received your email /comlaints, we apologize that and we will contact our product manager! With this such an official transcript, we kept contacting them every day and of course coming out was no solutions at all and no one can stands out to communicate with us. We are now looking for refund and not fixing it!! Toolots is a company to grab you money from yr pocket !!! PLEASE DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!
The saga continues. After dozens of attempts to get instructions on returning a defective product and to get a refund I left a negative review and was assured I would be contacted that day to rectify the situation. That was February 26. I still haven’t heard from Toolots. Stay away from this company. My experience with them has been nothing but awful. Terrible product and non-existent customer service!
I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of!!! I early January 2024, I ordered a charging station cart from TOOLOTS and received a email saying the transaction went through. The confirmation email provided a confirmation number. After 2 weeks, I Did not receive the item so I called TOOLOTS. They said the payment didn’t go through and I needed to update my payment information. I checked my bank and verified the purchase was completed and TOOLOTS had my money. I gave them the transaction ID from the bank and explained this and they said there was something wrong and to repay for the item. Being they look like a legit company, I did exactly what the customer service lady said and followed her email and repurchased the item. Immediately, I received an email saying the transaction went through and it would be shipped. Two weeks later I received an email saying I needed to update my payment information. At this point I felt this was a scam, but I called customer service and they were very demeaning and rude and asked if I had ever purchased anything online and understood the process. They questioned whether I understood finances and the banking system. They continued to state that they did not receive any payment. I told them I have 2 charges from their company and that their company was listed as receiving 2 payments for early $5000. TOOLOTS continued to argue and be demeaning and not help in resolving the problem. I am fighting these charges with my bank but I am still being charged interest and fees for not paying this. I owe $5000 and have no charging station. I called again and TOOLOTS continues to fight this. UPDATE: I see your reply, and I appreciate it. As I said I had contacted my bank and was disputing the charges. The amounts were not declined by my bank, they went through to Toolots! They are active amounts on my credit card. I can show you screenshots if you would like. All in all, The better thing for you to do would to have actually contacted me after my review to find out how we can fix it together. As opposed to saying I should talk to my bank.
I did not receive a confirmation email or nothing if I would have not screen shot the order number I would have nothing
Had what I wanted and at a good price. Was delivered on time.
Had a problem with my order, couldn’t get any one on the phone. Sent a email.. still no response. I waited at least thirty minutes on phone until a recording came on and told me to call back. Then it cut me off.

To be honest I was a bit reluctant at first to order. Toolots was new to me and pricing on what I needed was cheap (hydraulic hoses). Tracking number was not accurate as item came from a 3rd party I believe. But entire order of 6 hoses about 7 days to my house. I was not in a hurry. When I tell others about my experience as well as cost, they cannot believe the deal. I am fixing a hydraulic grapple and I am very happy with the cost. I called once to ask about order status and I was happy when they had very accurate info for me.
I called before ordering and I was assured they have the item in stock. It took 10 days to communicate that the item was in back order. My card was charged and still waiting for a refund.
The UVC sanitizer arrived in about a week. It works well and is being used in every room for a couple of hours on a daily basis’ s.

The website was easy to navigate easy to search I was looking for casters for a specific size and bolt pattern that was difficult to match their parts had design specs on the diagrams and it made matching things easily they were close and convenient to me so items will received in a few days definitely recommended thank you.
There were great options for the products I was looking for at a very good price.
