I ordered a paper cutter. The purchase experience went quickly and smooth. 2 weeks later I was told the machine is not in stock. I went back and forth for a week to find something that was in stock with no luck. I canceled my order. I was told I would receive an email confirmation when it was processed and would receive my money back in 3/4 weeks. I never received a cancelation confirmation. I contacted several times and never heard back from anyone. I then had to cancel through my Credit Card company. Not at all impressed by this company.

Order# 100292917 We placed a order on January 15, 2024. Paid a 109.15 for shipping.(FedEx) When the 50 Ton Hydraulic Jack & Manual Pump was delivered there was a hole in the box.( Wasn't packed securely) The pressure release valve on the pump is broke out. Just need a replacement. We have called and emailed over an over. Have sent pictures and No one can tell us anything. Boone
Ordered a 2 post lift that shipped within a week, paid extra for lift gate service. Upon arrival in AR. lift sat at drop shipper for a week before delivery. Shipper delivered a forklift a day before delivery was scheduled. Upon arrival the driver did not know how to operate the forklift. So I unloaded it. Original packaging was heavily damaged. Upon inspection several item were either damaged or missing. Toolots stated they would have to get with the manufacture in China for replacements. 2 month later I was still waiting. Cancelled the order with discovercard and requested a return with toolots. Do not want the lift if this is the way they handle missing parts I would hate to try to replace something under warranty.
Haven’t received my order placed Jan. 26 or even an update. I called customer service and after being on hold for 10 minutes I hung up. *****UPDATE**** You said that somebody would contact me today and nobody ever did. I’m counseling my order, and I would not recommend you. Very poor customer service for someone that spent such a large sum of money.
RUN FROM THIS PLACE, and I mean it when I say run! I have worked for this company for years. And let me tell you Jason Fu should be in jail for the things he has done and continues on doing. They will take your money for items they don’t even have (YET THEY STILL KEEP IT ON THEIR WEBSITE) because they don’t pay the merchants or the carriers. They have a dumbass as a “Logistics supervisor” Livia Ong. She will tell everyone to do their job, she will just sit and eat at her desk. The manager “Herbert Morales” is just a puppet and he will hide on his “supervisors” if he still has any. And will avoid talking to customers at all cost. Refunds take forever. I have spoken to a lot of the reps that have left or were let go and they all say the same thing. So, if you are waiting for an order from toolots. Good luck. Because there is no carrier that wants to do business with them. He doesn’t pay them. He has been threated to be kicked out from his warehouse multiple times, I don’t even know how he still has one. So if I were you I would spend little more and be more secure elsewhere!!!
Every negative review is regarding a return, refund, etc. If you order and you like what you ordered, it's great. But if you have trouble, you're out the money and the product. We are a supplier, and they placed two orders in June 2023 for drop shipment to their customers. They never paid us. So, if you paid them, and returned the product, they kept the product and your money and never paid us. So dishonest. You can't call and speak to anyone. All these "please email info@toolots for immediate assistance" responses are garbage. The more people that tell the truth about this company, the sooner they stop stealing and lying.
Terrible customer service,the Asian girl at the customer service not responding your question and hang up on you so disrestpectfull l haved called 5 times and l have not get my prouduct yet lt is been over than a month l have not got my other orderrrrrr lt is been sitting your office over than month and the one l got l wanna return it and the asian woman said that lt will cost me 20% bcs lt is stock on my hand

Ordered on Monday, label was created then. But as of Wednesday still waiting to be filled. Website said there were 37 items in stock so not sure why my order is taking so long to be filled.
I ordered a cutting/ peeling machine. The order was processed in a timely manner and the machine arrived undamaged in a wood crate within a reasonable amount of time. The machine works well and I've probably cut over 2,000 ft of wire with it so far. Granted, it's in metric, so I just multiply however many inches I want to have cut by 25.4 to convert it to what the machine needs to know to give me what I need. I would order from Toolots again.

I was very satisfied with the product which I had ordered from your company. The price was also great. We received the part quickly. The butterfly valve was very durable and fit perfect.
Worst experience i have ever had. My lift came in damaged. Had scratches and dents everywhere. Called tool lot to open a case with all the pictures. They said they'll get back to me the next day. I actually waited a few days before calling back, and they said someone closed the case. They apologized and opened it back up. Now i waited a week before calling back, and they said they would refund me some money back for the damage. I told them to put it in writing because by this time I'm pissed. They lied and said that they sent me an email while i was still on the phone with them. I told them I'm not hanging up until i see the email. They kept lying and said they sent it again. We waited 20mins after they said they sent it 5 times and still nothing on the email. These people lie their way to extend the time and make you give up. Now i call back again to try and talk to the manager. They said that the manager doesn't talk on the phone. What good is a manager if they dont talk on the phone? Thats bull! Now they tell me they need to reopen the case again. They keep closing the case for no reason. Its been 2 months now and i cant get a replacement or a refund for anything. Please don't buy anything from these people. They will not stand by anything they sell and lie until you give up. Big time scammers.
