Never got my part I ordered didn't get a tracking number or nothing plus when I emailed them to see if I could get a refund you guys won't respond so very disappointed
In spite of one of the Cust Svc reps telling me she saw an email sent to me confirming my order, I never received ANY email from you all confirming the order, or any status of the order thereafter. I still do NOT know what the status of my order is. But interestingly, I happened to get the survey email. Hmmm. So, obviously you all have my correct email address, but I don't get any emails regarding my order. :( 9 hours after their reply, I still get nothing. So, I've got to wonder how much are they really looking into this. A week after placing my order, and nothing. They lost me as a customer. I won't be ordering from them ever again!! Due to their failure to reach out to me regarding this matter, I have been forced to contact my credit card bank to dispute the charges. I also went to the website for the Better Business Bureau. It turns out this company has an 'F' (poor) rating with the BBB. I guess they've racked up enough complaints to get their negative rating.
Don't know how to reply to a review response but I have sent over a dozen emails to toolots.com and got no response to Order # 100268883 I had to pay out of pocket to a third party vendor to repair my brand new unit. Don't ever buy from this company !!
I ordered in stock item on March 18, it is March 27 and still has not been shipped. I emailed asking the status of my order and nobody got back to me. I had to call several times today to get someone on the phone and she did not give me an update on my order either. I am still waiting

Liked the speed of shipping and the look of good Quality annular cutters. The problem is you sent the wrong size cutter.
In all fairness to the company after a frustrating time trying to find where my item was. It arrived today. I'm glad to say I got what I payed for. I upped the rating to a 3.
tracking number was wrong. sent 2 e-mails for the proper tracking number. 1 week later - still got no reply. still have not received product.
Never received order confirmation. Won't let me log into my account and won't let me reset password. Asked for a OTP code to log in and I keep getting the same OTP code sent. Total scam. I confirmed my email address and checked spam/junk so when they reply that the emails were sent or to check spam...they are just buying time to scam more people. EDIT - Called multiple times, they often hang up on me mid-sentence so calling has been a nightmare. I have a charge to my account for the item...it was processed by their other name (Bolton Tools) but they continue to say they have not received payment. Customer Service is one of the worst I have dealt with. They have an F rating on BBB so beware!
I did not realize pick up was in California. I am in Fort Lauderdale Florida and assumed pick up was near here. Misled.

The lady I dealt with in Moreno Valley was great. The company as a whole, not so much.
Product was never shipped in parameters stated. Did not receive product. Customer service whether by phone, live chat, or email was non-responsive.
Th e wrong size was sent, This is after talking with the rep and stating 4-5 mm
I am only giving a 3 star due to customer support. The product was spot on, delivery was timely,i personnally choose cheapest rate. Actually came faster than i expected. With that being said, there was never a tracking number under my account. I did pay third party, but they never got a tracking number ither. I will order again in future, just would be nice to get returned emails/ phone calls.
My latest purchases from Toolots were a result of thier large sitewide sale. All items purchased exceed my expectations and shipped quickly.
Toolots and Bolton Tools are the same company would have been nice to know at the beginning.

I call to inquire and spoke with daniel Duke...he hung up on me because he ccused me of usung the Lord's Name in vain..of which I did not. Please listen to the recording. WE do a lot of shipping it was ovious that the shippment did not ship. WE also requested FedEx because we know that they will deliver over the weekend. Mr. Duke gave some story that didn't not make sense. It seeems that he makes up things as the conversation goes on.
