Apr 16,2022Hamilton Fraser is one of the insurance providers for people whom live abroad and offer them landlord insurance in UK. I'm not an investor in properties or anything, but just moved out of the UK to work abroad and keep my flat in London. The website is very good, and instructions/questions are clear which you can fill up quickly. The price is very reasonable, is not more than the usual price or a bit cheaper than many other providers. Overall, the service is very good.

The process was procedural and I managed to carry out most of it online. Followed up by a few emails for clarification. The final price was over 20% cheaper than I was quoted from my last insurer. So all-in-all a very satisfactory purchase.
