Jul 23,2022I'm writing the review and comments based on my own professional Experience based on genuine facts. The Property Insurance brokerage service by Total Landlord Insurance is very user-friendly. I've been using its services for a long time. Senior Staff such as Ms. Stacey Mackay is really and truly helpful to its customers who are prepared to go the extra mile to lend and offer excellent professional service. For example, I, by a monumental error, provided the wrong piece of information about the Property insurance cover date that wasn't known to me at the time but subsequently remember it was the wrong date. By the time, the Insurance document was issued and paid the premium in full. I started worrying and how to rectify the monumental error of putting the right date of Property Insurance cover date. Then I sent an email to Stacey Mackay, requesting her help & support to resolve the problem. She was so wonderful and intensely helpful, she immediately replied to me with the assurance that she would cancel the previous policy document and issue a new Insurance Document with the amended date of commencement and even confirmed the premium paid for the old policy document will be transferred to the newly amended Insurance policy. As a result, I am now feeling so relieved and free from unnecessary anxiety. I will not hesitate to recommend to all prospective customers Total Landlord Insurance Brokerage Ltd and most importantly to deal with Ms.Stacey Machkay. Her professionalism is absolutely superb for the satisfactory outcome of Property Insurance. I wish Stacey would demonstrate her professionalism & Godspeed. H. E. Amb. So I chose them to insure our new training academy Sensa Medical Aesthetics Academy. A few emails with assistant account handler Maria Amodei, really quick to respond, efficient and knowledgable.
