I first contacted TLI in June 22 to get a quote for house insurance and received helpful, prompt advice. I had an opportunity to read the information and then contacted them again to talk through matters I was not clear about and received a satisfactory answer to all of them. I dealt with Kayleigh Miller throughout (as I like continuity of advisor) who is very personable, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. On the day of exchange she executed the policy just before she went home to my great relief (due to the latest of the solicitor undertaking the exchange). Thank you Kayleigh you did a great job.

Renewal has increased by 21% after being a customer of 3 years, with no claims or changes. No loyalty really and furthermore no chance to really discuss the increase or negotiate. Further to the response from the insurer I called them back and still no cheaper! Try Endsleigh or Towergate.
