Jun 20,2022This is a review about the purchasing process only, which I did by telephone because I could only go so far on the website. My experience on the phone was very good. I didn’t have to wait long and the advice I received regarding landlord insurance on a leasehold property made sense. The other company I was talking to, Advance, were quite happy to sell me building insurance on my leasehold property whereas Hamilton Fraser pointed out that the freeholder on my leasehold property already had building insurance and that would create problems when making a claim. So Hamilton Fraser's customer service for purchasing appeared to me to be very good. Four stars only because I cannot make any comment on making a claim. The insurers used by Hamilton Fraser are Axis Speciality London and Folgate Insurance Company Limited.
