Dec 03,2021Please read if you have a current policy with these. We’ve had ongoing vexatious/fake claims for 4 years. This company and our allotted solicitors have made a business decision to settle a clearly fake claim by a serial claimer - despite us supplying the same documentation over and over again (worrying that confidential information hasn’t been received allegedly). The claim that they want to settle, without our permission - that’s right, read the small print, they’ll override your wishes because it’s a better business financial decision outcome for them, is easy to defend, but cheaper to settle. In other words, they do not care about your business reputation at all, they’ll settle without permission because it’s in the small print that they can. This in turn leads to the vexatious claimant's mates also having a bash (it’s a nightmare) FYI, they were unsupportive during our successful BI pandemic insurance claim too. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company at all. Don’t fall for their fancy media and adverts, they haven’t demonstrated an in-depth knowledge about aesthetics to us at all, there is no rationale for not going for more of the better established insurance companies. Seriously save your money and sanity long term. There are far better companies out there for cheaper that will offer a better service.
