She was so efficient and professional but done with a warm and welcoming manner . Even when my email decided to play up , it was not a problem she worked round it and found solutions. Highly recommend. She really made the process stress free and provided me with one of the best customer service I have ever had over phone and email. Oct 12,2021I used Landlord action to remove a tenant who was in arears, and being very anti social in the house. Landlord action made sure that my action followed the correct steps to avoid falling foul of the legislation. Very knowledgeable and it worked. Only criticism I would give is that everything is done by e-mail and out of the box requests are not fielded quickly. However I suppose that is what you should expect when you use a fixed fee arrangement.

Oct 07,2021The first quote for renewal was way too high, I checked Direct Line and got a quote about two thirds of the HF quote. I called and at that stage was told that I was on the top policy and they could beat the Direct Line quote with their standard policy. I took that because I am not keen on changing supplier unnecessarily but wish they told me there were two levels of cover many years ago
