I chose on this occasion to use Paul Shamplina and Landlord Action owing to the added Covid regulations and wanted to be sure that we had all angles covered. I don't regret it, whilst we have always conducted all of our evictions I felt this one needed more attention. Pauls team were faultless, communications were on point, and the file preparation was excellent, even the judge commented on it in court. We also had a representative in court that spoke on my behalf. Sometimes it pays to leverage and outsource to take away the pressure in the knowledge that they "have your back"
