Aug 16,2021When it came to the claim, they didn't pay out. Just wasted more of our time. We couldn't rent the flat while the damage from the leak was first identified and then remedied in the bathroom and kitchen. They didn't pay for the leak damage, nor loss of rent. Not impressed at all. Moved the insurance to another company.
