Fantastic service
There is no weekend cover for the customer services team, supposed to be open till 5:00pm on Friday, no response after 04:10. The website allows additional properties to be added but the resulting policy is for only one, the first entered. The initial documentation does not identify the property insured so you cannot establish which property is covered by each policy. Website is not robust and failed several times whilst trying to insure 3 properties. As my start date was a Sunday even though I tries to insure Friday afternoon I have had to cancel the policies and place with insurers that had more robust websites and communications.

Simple straightforward process online for securing an insurance cover.
The Customer Services agents were very helpful and attentive to my requirements for insuring my properties. However, on taking out the policy I then received 10 documents to check, which I regarded as a bit OTT. Sure, I need a Policy Schedule and Policy Document, but is it really necessary to bombard me with all the rest such as Demands and Needs, Statement of Fact, Property Disputes, Policy Benefits etc, etc. I'm left with the feeling that somewhere in all this documentation, should I make a claim, then someone will find some wording that negates the claim. You need to make it more user friendly.
