Each year at renewal time I am given excellent and practical advice on my families' medical insurance, and options to improve value. Recently this has resulted in my saving a huge amount on my insurance premium. In all cases the people I have interacted with have been approachable, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and have very much given me the impression they are on "my side".

I found Nikki Pickerill at your Company an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was at all times, utterly competent, knowledgeable and polite - attributes sadly lacking generally these days! Nikki was not at all the `pushy` salesman and dealt with my queries without delay and to my utmost satisfaction. Initially helpful but then weeks and weeks of to-ing and fro-ing and often having to wait several days for responses. Also, premium quote changing and not sure if we got the best deal in the end.
