My Renewal was dealt with efficiently and clearly and I was given the option to change Provider, giving me slightly better cover at a slightly better premium. I was given time to read the details through before deciding. I am very satisfied with my Renewal and the service provided by Chase Templeton.

I have been with Chase Templeton since they took over my original health insurance company (about 10 years).. In that time there have been some occasions when I really needed their advice which I could not get from an insurer direct. One occasion comes to mind. I needed a triple heart by pass and my wife was fraught with worry. Nikki Pickerill took over and handled the complete operation from beginning to the end including finances and dealing with the insurer. Service far beyond anything expected of such a health broker. An incredible caring and professional individual. When it comes to annual renewal I am so impressed with the attention and advice to get the best possible insurer at the best terms to suit our requirements and budget. This is a company that is right at the top of any business I have had to deal with and more importantly the most essential because without good health and advice needed , nothing else matters. They offered advice well before the renewal date and offered to look at alternative options for free. Most of the paperwork was completed by them and the best option, which was a lot cheaper than my existing insurance , was taken after a couple of calls and emails. Easy and stress free!

So far - efficient and easy. But the proof will be in the pudding if (when) we have to claim and what happens in future years. Staff very helpful and so far a good experience but obviously no more then 3 stars at this stage. No friction at all at this stage.
