Mar 31,2015We used Axa for PHI last year, via Chase Templeton, but we were contacted directly by Axa for a renewal. Axa was pushing through a massive premium increase as they assumed they had our business. If I wanted to use Axa directly I would have. I actually wanted to get an independent market view, which was why I was using Templeton. Only when I complained about the huge price hike could Templeton be bothered to look at the market and get a better price. Unimpressed, why use a broker if they just hand you off to the provider.
