The problem is you sent the wrong part. One of the 2 parts was correct. The other was not. I gave you the info you asked for so I could get the correct part. I would still use you again though.

This company does not pay attention to reality. I ordered a RED left mirror cover for my Toyota Corolla 2013, with color code D0. Without contacting me first, ToyotaPartsDeal.com sent me a Toyota replacement part, which by default is BLACK. When I requested a return, the company first said that this was company policy, and then in a follow-up message told me that I had not sent an RMA request within 30 days, which was false. Original delivery 9/14/24, RMA request sent 10/11/24. In my opinion this company cannot be trusted.
I purchased Part No.: 84306-08030 CABLE SUB-ASSY, SPIR to fix the horn in our Toyota Sienna. The mechanics installed it. Within a couple of months it stopped working. When I tried to use the one year warranty I was informed that I had to pay for a diagnostics test to prove that the horn was no longer honking. That test would cost me about $100, and even if it came back proving that the part was bad, they would not reimburse the $100 done for the test. I will eat the $290 amount I paid, plus the $128 install fee of the part. I have learned my lesson and will get authentic parts in the future.
Sent wrong part. The packing slip they sent showed the part was wrong. It took days for them to respond. When they did respond, it was to say someone would contact me. Customer service kept asking for more images, even though the image I sent had the part and packing slip in it. I do not recommend using this business.
They like to take their time to ship the parts. I placed an order for a couple of parts for a 2007 Toyota Camry. At the time of the order, I was told that 1-3 days to process the order. I called and verified that they have the parts in stock. 5 days later I received an email stating they ordered the parts from Toyota Parts Center and they are expecting the parts to reach to the dealer by the 15th, needless to say it is still not there. They have the least attentive customer support I have ever dealt with. I asked what "Processing" really means and the CSR closed the chat instead of answering. So 8 days later I have no idea when they will ship these parts.

I will avoid them going forward, and do not recommend dealing with this company to anyone. I used their lookup service to get the right brake switch for a Prius. I was sent the wrong part which I discovered after attempting to install it (which amazingly enough required opening the package.) I requested an RMA, and was then a day later was required to send pictures. I received the following reply... We are sorry to inform you that your request has been denied due to the following reason(s): The part(s) is non-returnable items due to it being, but not limited to: - An electrical part or has electrical components - Any opened packages or unsealed items. --- Ok, if that is their policy on electrical items, fine, but if they were going to deny the refund anyway why did they make me waste additional time and effort to take and send pictures (plus an additional day of delay? Didn't they know that a brake switch was electrical? I'm out almost $50, but what really bothers me is them wasting my time. BTW, I'm a PhD in Business, and have taught management and business ethics for 25 years.
Terrible customer service. They neglected to send me one of my parts that only amounted to $15. Refused to help me and essentially told me unless I photographed every part they did send there was nothing they could do. Went through credit card company to dispute them. Terrible company. Look elsewhere for oem Toyota.

Shady business, parts did not arrive on time. I was told to refuse shipment due to the delay and not being able to be there when the part arrived. Charged me a 20% restocking fee and never even received anything. Very rude and dishonest company. Will be filing a complaint.
