Oct 03,2024There are just some parts you don't order from RockAuto. This includes clutches and flywheel for Toyotas. Always goes OEM. Mine hasted 152k on an 03 Corolla. I am of the mindset, buy once cry once. I had called three different dealers for parts prices. Their price quotes were a solid $500 above ToyotaPartsDeal.com. Keep in mind, I still spent between $500 and $1000 for the proper parts. Once the numbers came to light, the hardest decision was "which card do I use for the points?" Since ordering/ installation I have put 6000 miles on the car. Thank you.

Oct 03,2024I scheduled an appointment because I thought the brakes of my 2021 RAV4 Hybrid were rubbing periodically when I had to come to a quick stop from a speed of 40 or over. My car was checked out and the service department determined there was no problem. When I went to pick it up, I asked for the cost and was told there was no charge. What a pleasant surprise when nothing is free these days!

Oct 01,2024The part i received was not the part I ordered. I ordered passenger automatic outside door hand. I got a rear driverside door handle. Keep saying they are interchangeable, but they are not.

Oct 01,2024The wrong part was sent. I asked for the correct part but was denied based on the package open and the wrong label. Also, the order was pending for 2 weeks, until I called them to find out why. The part was never taken out of the package. I don't buy and sell parts. That label was their own or whomever they purchased the part from. I want what I paid for, especially when my invoice is correct. They sent the wrong part. I want a refund.

Oct 03,2024I scoured all over the second-hand websites and other auto stores and couldn't find the light bulb I needed. Thankfully these guys had it. They do run a tad bit pricey, but they have parts in stock that most others don't. Many thanks for their service!
