Aug 29,2024The item I received was for a different model. I understood that only after opening the box. The dealer’s policy states that it cannot be returned once the original box is opened. As an amateur I just followed the link from toyota.com and placed an order. Can’t return it.

Aug 29,2024The OEM bolts connecting the lower ball joint to Steering knuckle broke…I had to order a new knuckle but that site did not have the bolts. ToyotaPartsDeal.com saved me from having to go to dealership or worse rely on some Chinese clone for a vital component of truck. Thank you!!

Aug 29,2024I ordered the transmitter cover (the back side) of my FJ Cruiser key to replace the original part that broke. I'd ordered a replica part from Amazon first, which was supposed to fit but didn't. I'm much happier with this one, it has the Toyota symbol in gold metal, like the original part because it's an actual Toyota part! It cost a bit more but is a superior product. Thank you.

Aug 29,2024I spoke with one their reps before ordering the part to ensure it was the correct part and would fit my vehicle. I gave them the vehicle VIN to help in this process. Their rep directed me to the part number and ensured me it was correct. When I finally got the part, it was wrong and did not fit in the location it was intended for. I began the return process but they denied my return multiple times and refused to take responsibility for the mistake made by their representative. There are so many other ways to get Toyota parts, I would recommend staying away from these guys due to poor customer service.

Aug 15,2024I bought a series of factory Toyota parts for my Rav4 to replace the timing chain and camshaft gear. Upon receipt I noticed that the box for the cam gear had been opened. When I inspected the cam gear the embossed part number did not match the the box part number. I searched the internet using the embossed part number and was led to Ebay where cam gear knockoffs are sold for $85 vs the $255.15 I paid the vendor. At that point I initiated a return with the reason being the part was not as advertised. The part has been returned and received by Toyotapartsdeal for 7 weeks now but no refund (the website claims refunds within 5 days). Every time I email about the return they apologize about the delay and claim they are still investigating. Meanwhile I am out $255.15. I presume they are waiting me out so I can't dispute the charge on my credit card. Follow up: I filed a dispute with PayPal who I purchased the part through since I hadn’t dealt with this vendor before and they provide more protection to buyers. This worked and a refund was finally issued. In the future I will go through the local Toyota. More expensive for sure but less hassle.

Aug 15,2024Would not acknowledge their part was defective after my shop tested and determined part (TPMS) would not program. They wanted more than the repair invoice my shop gave me and said they would not accept a repair receipt or invoice. Said they needed a detailed diagnostic?? Sidenote* I've been using this shop for about 30 years and if I can't do the repair I take it to them.

Aug 01,2024Misleading website and product page. Package did not include entire AC assembly (AS DESCRIBED). Sneaky small wording indicates product is replaced by a refurbished product for the same price, which also happens to be the entire assembly anyway. Stay away

Jul 31,2024I ordered a mirror cover / per vin # and color code they sent wrong color, (said part # changed) they listed my RMA as "no longer needed" and refused to send return shipping and charged a 20% restocking fee. I have $30 cost for a $62 wrong part and will never order from them again. Customer service was rude. I'm out $30 and still no mirror cover beware of buying here Greg C - Wisconsin

Jul 31,2024I ordered a Toyota key-fob. The part arrived without an emergency key. When I requested a return they refused saying it was an electrical part. What a rip-off. I would never order from them again.
