Sep 24,2024I purchased an OEM turn signal flasher for my car. It cost nearly $70. I received a $15 aftermarket part shoved into an OEM box. The seller refused a return due to the part being electronic and "interchangeable". This store does have some legit OEM parts, mostly fasteners and gaskets that cannot be swapped. However, the seller will scam you whenever possible. I doubt most DIYers can tell the difference between say, an OEM tie rod set and an aftermarket set from China. Stay away from this store!

Sep 18,2024I ordered an O2 sensor for my 1999 Toyota 4runner. Put in all the required vehicle info and they verified it was the correct part. When it arrived at 4:49 on Friday I opened the box and the wire harness on the part was 6" long - the part I needed had a wire 17" long - so they sent the wrong part. I called - they were closed. I sent pictures and asked for a return -within a half hour of receipt. took days and sending info more than 3 times - DENIED as it was an electonic part - THEY SENT THE WRONG PART THEIR MISTAKE THE PART THAT CAME WAS IN AN OPEN PLASTIC BAG IN A TOYOTA BOX THAT WAS NOT SEALED AND COME FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER... THEIR MISTAKE AND SHUFFLEING PARTS... BOVINE DEFECATION DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEIVES, SCOUNDRELS AND SCUM

Sep 07,2024I thought I was ordering 2 sets of 4 tire monitors/8 total, come to find out it was only 2 total monitors, for $155!! When I contacted them to return the items they emailed back saying they were not allowed to be returned because they were an electrical part, but it was okay for them to use a generic post office envelope and mail them to me ?!?!? THAT'S CRAZY, terrible customer service and terrible website with no return policy stated when you order it.

Sep 06,2024My dissatisfaction pertains to Driveway Finance. I had a choice, either finance my car with Driveway or NFCU. The finance manager recommended Driveway...Big Mistake. Apparently they're going through an "upgrade" and no one is answering their phone. Nice upgrade more like a downgrade. Hopefully your finance dept. is not recommending Driveway. I'll give it another month and then I'll see you re refinancing. I know refinancing will be a pain but it will be worth the trouble.

But read reviews that the Parts are Original and price was decent after talking with a Toyota rep to confirm they are legit. Part did arrive on time within a week and it was easier to install after watching a few YouTube Videos.
