I travelled from Blenheim to Christchurch to purchase a dishwasher on the 3rd of January, when we got back home to Blenheim I opened the dishwasher to notice a massive dent on the front, there was no dent on the outside of the box, only on the dishwasher. I filed a warranty form on the 6th of Jan and spoke to someone who confirmed they would deliver me a replacement , it is now the 28th of January and I still have not received my replacement , I’ve made multiple phone calls and no one has had any answers or put any urgency behind this to get my replacement to me. Last week I rang again and was told a delivery truck came to Blenheim last week but my item was “misplaced” and will be delivered next week, I’ve been told it will be delivered “next week” for 4 weeks now. I am not impressed and disappointment that I was sold a damaged product and there has been no urgency to replace this. I will be asking for a refund next and will never shop at Trade depot again!

Jan 28,2025Absolute shambles of a company They advertise a new year sale with discounts and free delivery, but don't appear to have the support to go alongside the likely increase in sales. We bought a chest freezer with free delivery. The delivery company were awful to communicate with. Wouldn't give me multiple dates and times to work with - just one date, one time, we had to be there or it wasn't going to be delivered. Once the freezer was delivered, there was a massive dent in the front, right in the middle, very noticeable. I made contact, Trade Depot said we had to keep it because it was only cosmetic damage and didn't affect the freezer's operations! when I said that wasn't acceptable, they offered a $50 voucher for their store. I still said no, they eventually offered a replacement. Nearly a month after we have purchased and the unwanted freezer is still sitting in our house. We can't get an answer as to when it'll be picked up and new freezer delivered. No one will communicate with us, hold times on the phone are ridiculously long. We think they are dragging out the process so we give in and keep the dud. Avoid this company at all costs.

Jan 27,2025Comfee dishwasher purchased worked well for first year. After that never washed properly. Tried all to prevent this and didn't improve. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Jan 27,2025well I can see they don't care about there customers. got a gas hot water system off them had it for a month now and out of the month we were away for 2 weeks on holiday come home to no hot water after a lot of email and asking for them to ring me they were going to send another one out. well they sent me something but not what they had to replace. so now we have gone to lawyer to help us out

Other items I purchased no printed Instruction manuals, parts all thrown into 1 bag. Missing items. Trade Depot you need to buck up your ideas from the product you sell to your after sales service.
