Dec 21,2024Delivery. Tracking,email and text. Didn't arrive until the next day. I have spent money with this company,lots. They use AI for pretty much everything. If you can look feel and buy... your probably ok. If you need to get it shipped... probably not It's cheap, and usually ok. When you hit a snag, it will bite.

Dec 19,2024I order an item 5 days ago. The item is not dispatched yet. I sent message to customer service, no response, chat on website hasn't been useful. Maybe it's better to go in shop and buy item than to use delivery option. Hopefully I will receive item this year!!!!

Dec 19,2024I bought a dishwasher. It was faulty. Two visits from the repair man under warranty - then it was declared out of service. Must be replaced. I returned the machine. No machine available like for like - I would have to pay another $200 for a similar machine from them. I asked for a refund. I am still waiting. I returned the machine on 27th November for the refund to take place. It's 19th December now... I have been without a working machine since 29th October.

Dec 18,2024We purchased a fridge/freezer online back on 01/12. Over 2 weeks later and trying to contact them on Facebook Messenger and logging a request on their website they have still failed to even respond with an update on when this will be delivering it, or if we are actually going to get it at all. We will probably never use them again as I always judge these stores on their customer service, which is sadly lacking here with terrible lack of communication.

Dec 18,2024Frustrating experience!! I bought 2 packs of flooring online to be delivered, some how the order changed to 1 pack which was delivered in 4 days. Had trouble sorting it out for a week even though I was told it’s getting sorted asap. With no luck I was given an email address from someone I know who also had issues. I emailed the guy and had a swift response, he said it was getting sent that day, 8 days later I sent another email asking for a tracking number as the item still hadn’t arrived. The next day it was with a courier (apparently) I wonder if it will arrive this time? Absolutely frustrating experience and customer service, sort it out!!! First and last time shopping at trade depot

Dec 18,2024My son brought a vogue fridge it was 599 on sale. We have had nothing but trouble with it it keeps freezing up then turn it down and leaves all food wet. They replaced the first one the secound one arrived and we found out by the guy who came said these models do not have self defrosting. We were not told that when we purchased it. We dealt with a lady Samantha she was great The first two guys who came to look at it saw the food frozen and said to me that’s not right. Then they tried to tell me it was to close to an oven . We are to return it and they said we will loose 40 percent off that price. This is absolutely disgusting if we wanted to buy a freezer we would but with all the condensation over the food I will never shop trade depot again as we have purchased a couple of things . I would highly recommend not to shop there if you do make sure throughly about what you are buying. When you ring them they say they will ring u back not once have they done that. The first fridge we brought same model thermostat was buggered and it was only two months old and this secound fridge what they replaced is terrible. Not a happy customer here I’m going to take this further Beware what you buy at trade depot

Dec 16,2024had to use these guys to purchase a kitchen cabinet to match earlier purchase. the last order was a disaster, (a shower unit was delivered instead of a kitchen). This latest saga, my order arrived after twenty days - but only the doors and not the actual kitchen cabinet. these guys are total amateurs, they lie about delivery times (when they finally reply) biggest issue being they can't deliver on time, they have no communication process all of which is very costly both financially and time wise. Any savings made is lost with their process. I am still awaiting a reply from them - despite ten emails.....frustrating

Dec 16,2024They were speedy in delivery, Communications from Receptionist to Workers in office very helpful, made stress of Xmas lighter, good listeners, compassionate and went over and beyond to make sure process happened. The guys who delivered very respectful and helpful, they went above and beyond making sure we received our gears and easy access into house. Hope yous all have a Merry Xmas, & Happy New Year!! Hope yous are VALUED!! I will continue to use your service!!

Dec 12,2024I bought a bathroom lamp/heater which was found to be faulty when installed. Customer Service sent out a new unit, took back the faulty unit and refunded the wasted cost of the electrician. Perfect outcome.
