Mar 07,2025Siguiendo con el seguimiento en directo de cómo evoluciona este vendedor perseverando en el incumplimiento de garantía, remito su mensaje de hoy en el que parece ser quieren ayudarme acerca de "las dudas" que pueda tener de cómo proceder en el Marketplace donde hice la compra, donde llevo reclamando desde octubre de 2024. El mensaje es sensacional: "Estimado/a Muchas gracias por contactarnos. Dirígete directamente al formulario de contacto del Marketplace en el que has comprado tu producto, a fin de poder ayudarte a resolver todas tus dudas. Mar 07,2025Köpte en jacka och en hoodie. jackan var uppenbart en retur som hade trasig dragkedja, och hoodien hade en dragkedja som kändes som att den kostade 1kr på wish. Jag tror att dessa produkter var piratkopior. Sämsta någonsin, jag kommer aldrig handla här igen. Märke alpha industries. Har deras produkter från förr, men de produkter jag mottog var sämre æn en jacka som kostade 179sek på ullared

Mar 07,2025J'ai commandé une tondeuse à gazon...Il fait dire que le prix était anormalement bas. J'ai pensé que c'était un jouet, donc j'ai fait plus de recherches. Au final en discutant avec des proches j'ai tenté, en me disant que soit ce serait une excellente surprise, soit je me faisais entuber de ...7,99. Vous l'aurez compris, je ne reverrai pas mes 7,99 euros, dans le locker, bien au chaud in y avait un sachet blanc opaque, format A4 environ, identique à tous les sites en ligne, et dedans un bout de papier bulle replié sur lui même sur lequel était écrit "remove the label" , "enlevez l'étiquette"... Pas une grosse perte en soi, mais c'est le procédé..!! Quelqu'un s'en met plein les fouilles. Ceci dit je vais aller toquer à la porte de Cdiscount qui a mis ce truc en vente sur sa plateforme en indiquant comme vendeur TRADEINN.... Oilààààà ! En fait c'est 0 étoile, mais 1 tout de même car c'est ma bêtise et ma naïveté ... euh un tantinet calculée pour cette dernière, qui ont contribué à cette arnaque! D'où le titre. Je tâcherai d'être plus réfléchie la pochaine fois!

Mar 07,2025No apology or refund for my missing items. I ordered a pair of walking boots that were never delivered. When I raised the issue with Trekkinn they just kept sending me the tracking link, which clearly showed that my items had disappeared in transit. They then sent me a form to fill in, ostensibly to enable them to raise a query with their couriers. I heard nothing back. Nor did I receive one word of apology from this uninterested company. Eventually I was compelled to claim back a refund from PayPal, which took a further month.

Mar 06,2025No tienen stock, por lo que tardan semanas en enviarte el pedido, pero ellos te cobran al hacer el pedido por lo que retienen tú dinero y para recuperarlo al no poder cancelar el pedido tardarás semanas, hay que comprar en tiendas que muestren los productos en stock.

Mar 06,2025This company has only one, big, heavy and unforgivable flaw: it declares that the order is in stock while in reality it is not. From here you can understand by yourself what the consequence is: uncertainty of the shipment, waste of time in contacting them, inadequate responses, cancellation of the order, in summary, IT'S ONLY A WASTE OF TIME!

I have received an email from customer service saying the transport company is sending the item back to your warehouse for a refund. To be clear I’d like to receive the item, not a refund. Please arrange for it to be redelivered. ————————————- So disappointed. Ordered a £60 backpack from them in December 2024, and the item was never delivered. There was no attempt at redelivery and now customer service are completely ignoring my emails. I cannot get a refund, and I cannot get the item. £60 down the drain what a complete scam.

Mar 06,2025🚨 WARNING: DO NOT BUY NIDECKER SUPERMATIC BINDINGS FROM SNOWINN! 🚨 I purchased Nidecker Supermatic bindings from Snowinn (Tradeinn), and after just 3 days of use, they completely destroyed my snowboard boots—the sole detached, pressure points wore through, and the leather tore apart. These bindings were supposed to be compatible with all boots, but they were clearly defective and ruined my gear. When I contacted Snowinn, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to shift the blame to the boot manufacturer—which is an absolute joke, considering the whole selling point of these bindings is universal compatibility. Neither Snowinn nor Nidecker has addressed this serious issue, and I am left with destroyed gear and a ruined holiday. I strongly advise against buying Nidecker bindings from Snowinn—they do not care about their customers once they take your money. I am now escalating this case through legal channels. Mar 06,2025Product never arrived Product didn't arrive, no real attempt to solve the issue and they say it's too late and can't help me. They took my money and didn't deliver anything. This is a scam. Trying to get a refund through PayPal since they're useless.

Mar 06,2025En el momento de realizar el pedido notifiqué via vuestro chat de que indicaba en el país de entrega Finlandia, cuando debía de indicar España, para que lo cambiarais antes de mandar el pedido. Pero parece que no lo cambiasteis y el pedido se mandó a Finlandia. El pedido lo realicé el día 21 de febrero y desde entonces llevo reclamando a diario donde se encuentra. Hoy consta como entregado y yo no he recibido nada, no tengo ni pedido ni el dinero

Mar 06,2025Pedido realizado con supuestamente todo en stock, he tenido que cancelar uno de los artículos porque solo hacían aplazar el envía porque no había. Una vez llegado los otros dos artículos uno mal, envían los que le han dado la gana.

Pour résumer ma situation : Colis perdu par le point relais Mondial Relais, Mondial Relais est informé de la situation et m'informe que le colis a bien été perdu et que l'expéditeur Bike Inn a été remboursé. Malgré mes relances par mail, mes envois de réponses de Mondial Relais attestant d'un remboursement de l'expéditeur, Bike Inn et son prétendu Service Client continue de me balader après plusieurs semaines. Ce marchand en ligne est à fuir, ce sont de véritables voleurs qui se moquent de leurs clients ! Un conseil fuyez ! Numéro de commande 55724504
