Apr 20,2025Jeg bestilte en Barbie 65 års jubilæums radio control multicolor one size. Varen er defekt. Bilen kan ikke køre frem og tilbage. Kun lyse og dreje hjulene. Jeg vil gerne bytte varen. Men da jeg ikke har oprettet en konto hos sælger er det ikke muligt at kontakte dem. Hvilket jeg tror er helt bevist. Forsendelsen var også lang tid undervejs.

I wonder what the total amount of funds is that sits in their account (generating interest) while Tradeinn and their subsidiary websites seem to have no actual intent of supplying the products ordered? Avoid.

Apr 20,2025Achtung Betrug. Ich schreibe jetzt seit 6 Wochen mit der Firma Tradeinn, das ich mein Geld wieder haben will. Da die gelieferte Ware kaputt ist. Paypal hilft auch nicht wirklich weiter. Die senden meine Nachricht weiter. Ich muss jetzt bei paypal einen konflikt eröffnen, die bearbeitungszeit kann da aber auch bis zu vier Wochen dauern. Trade in sagt der Hersteller hat den Artikel noch nicht geprüft. Ich habe aber mit dem Hersteller nichts zu tun. Meine Geschäftsbeziehung hat nur mit dem Lieferant Tradeinn zu tun. Ich vermute das die defekten inline skates bereits an 4 bis 10 andere Kunden gesendet wurden, die auch 2 Monate auf ihr Geld warten. Ich bekomme auf jede Email die gleichen sinnlosen Antworten. Eine seriöse Firma würde innerhalb von 2 Tagen das Geld zurück senden. Niewieder Tradeinn.

Apr 20,2025FINGER WEG !!!! Snowboard für 250€ gekauft, habe das Paket nie erhalten und auf dem Lieferschein wurde mit irgendeiner Unterschrift unterschrieben (nicht meiner) ! Keine Unterstützung vom Händler Support, trotz Beweisfotos und direkter Verlustmeldung … würde nie wieder hier bestellen- das Geld ist weg !

Apr 20,2025Extremely awful refund policy!! My order went out for delivery with InPost, it was due for delivery on 3rd March, IT NEVER ARRIVED. I contacted Tradeinn/Bikeinn many times before I received a response. They told me they required up to 4 weeks to conclude their enquiry to try to locate the package with InPost. On 28th March Inpost declared the package as being lost and I had to contact Tradeinn. On the same day Tradeinn showed on my account that the package had been damaged in transit??? Again I contacted Tradeinn many times, this was their response: "Thank you very much for contacting us. We're informing you that your order is being investigated due to an open dispute. We're awaiting notification of the resolution so we can provide you with a definitive response. We deeply regret the delay and appreciate your patience while we work to provide an update later this week.". *** (Open Dispute was between them and InPost) **They failed to update me that week, I had to contact several more times to get an update. EVENTUALLY 6 Weeks & 6 Days after my package went missing I received my refund. DISGRACEFUL POLICIES, WHY COULD THEY NOT ISSUE MY REFUND AFTER INPOST HAD DECLARED IT LOST, IT TOOK A FURTHER 21 DAYS FOR IT TO ARRIVE INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT !!!

Apr 19,2025Levertijd is , op ze zachtst gezegd... Kwalitatief Uitermate Teleurstellend. Zijn nu al 4 weken over de leverdatum heen, via de mail contact opnemen heeft 0 zin! Je krijgt een of ander geautomatiseerd mailtje terug,en als je daarop reageerd, je wederom precies hetzelfde mailtje krijgt. Is GEEN contact mee op te nemen, gaat gelukkig niet om een groot bedrag,maar ben er ondertussen zo klaar mee dat ik hier andere maar waarschuw om dit bedrijf heel ver links te laten liggen. Bedrijf heeft ook meerdere "takken" die net zo goed (NOT) leveren en reageren op mail contact.. Tot op heden staat me bestelling nog steeds op "nog te verzenden" status,maar annuleren kan je niet. NIET KOPEN HIER!!

Varie richieste per il rimborso dopo 1 mese ma solo risponditore automatico x dire “grazie per averci contattato” vi risponderemo al piu presto. Questa e’ un azienda seria ? Apr 18,2025Ich habe am 26.02.eine Skischuhtasche bestellt, die innerhalb weniger Werktage lieferbar sein sollte. Nach 2 Wochen war sie immer noch nicht da. Nachfrage über das System auf deren Internetseite, keine Antwort. System technisch mangelhaft, laut Button mögliche Strornierung nimmt es nicht an. Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises per Paypal erreicht, 7 Tage später Neubelastung, weil Ware verschickt. Lieferung nach über 4 Wochen am 28.03. nach Aufbruch in den Skiurlaub. Ausführliche Mail dazu, Antwort: Sie berufen sich auf ihre alllgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Rückgabe, wonach ich die Rückkosten zu zahlen habe. Kein Wort zum angegebenn Systemfehler, kein Wort zur Paypalaktion, kein Wort zur Lieferzeit, ich soll einfach die Rücksendekosten tragen, denen geht alles am Hintern vorbei. Lesen war offenbar nicht Einstellungsvorraussetzung für den Kundendienst. Wer also etwas bestellt und es zeitnah braucht, sollte dies woanders tun. So ein ignorantes und unangemessenes Geschäftsgebahren brauche ich nicht. Jetzt habe ich eine Tasche, die ich mir etwas teurer ersatzweise nochmal woanders bestellt habe, also übigerflüssiger Weise doppelt und darf 8,90 für den Rückversand zahlen oder die Tasche mit Verlust verscherbeln. Angegebene Lieferzeiten sind ein wichtiger Vertragsbestandteil. Man erhält nicht mal eine Nachricht dazu, geschweige denn dass man stornieren kann. Das nächste Mal kommt es dann nach drei Monaten und ich zahle die Rücksendung? Die brauchen dringend Nachhilfe in Benehmen und Vertragsrecht. NIE WIEDER!!!!!!!!!!

Apr 18,2025Hice un pedido de un pantalón nº 54399764. A las tres semanas recibí el pantalón con signos de haber sido usado por alguien lo había maltratado incluso puede que usado. Recibí el producto con la bolsa de pepe jeans rota y remendada con cinta adhesiva, al pantalón le faltaba una de las etiquetas, la que vienen por otras en la cintura del pantalón con la talla, solo llevaba la delantera, la que va con un cordón que puede quitar y poner y además sucia como el propio pantalón y muy arrugado. Solicite la devolución pro defectuosa y me obligaron a pagar los gastos de devolución, intente dejar valoración del producto en su web dos veces y no la publicaron. Veréis en su web que todas las valoraciones son 5 estrellas, si estas no son falsas al menos son engañosas pueden hacer creer al comprador que todo es bueno, pero no así.Negarse a publicar la opiniones negativas dice mucho de un vendedor y nada bueno, y venir a aquí después a dar repuestas típicas para lavar su imagen deja claro que clase de vendedores son. Si voy a una tienda física y veo u pantalón así no lo compro, salvo que sea un Factory o similar donde venden productos con tara o en condiciones invendibles en las condiciones en que se encuentra y precios muy bajos, pero TRADEINN no es un comercio de este tipo ¿o si? Presentada reclamación en la junta arbitral de confianza online, a ver qué pasa con la devolución de mi dinero y la publicación de mi opinión en su web

Apr 18,2025I ordered a pair of shoes. The dispatch time was very long - around 2 weeks. They were the wrong size (not Tradeinn's fault). When returning the shoes I was charged £11.49 for shipping! Does your business model involve making money from online returns Tradeinn?? I'm unlikely to be buying from them again as too risky when the returns are so expensive.

Apr 18,2025Bestelling geplaatst op 29-03-2025, tot op heden nog niks mogen ontvangen. Ik begrijp dat jullie in Spanje gevestigd zijn, maar 3 weken vertraging is wel erg lang. Product stond gewoon op voorraad. Eergisteren ontving ik een e-mail van DPD met de melding dat het pakket later op de dag geleverd zou worden. Inmiddels zijn we drie dagen verder en heb ik geen verdere update of bevestiging ontvangen. Contact opnemen, wordt niet op gereageerd. Dan maar hier... graag wil ik de status weten van mijn bestelling. Ordernummer: 57546898

Apr 18,2025I needed a new creepy-crawly for my swimming pool and found the SwimInn site. Their price was hundreds of dollars cheaper than what I could find anywhere else, so my initial reaction was that the site was a scam, but a little research showed me that they were in fact genuine. However, that research also showed that they have thousands of one-star reviews, so I decided to wait for a few days and think about it. Eventually I took the plunge, paying AU$417 plus $79 postage. I ordered on a Monday and the next day received an email saying that my item had been dispatched. I could track the item which was estimated to take 7 to 9 days to arrive. It actually arrived the following Monday, exactly a week after I ordered. The company is based in Spain, so if like me you live in Australia you should be prepared to pay some hefty shipping fees and set your expectations around delivery timescales accordingly. I’ve had the product for 5 days now. It was in pristine condition and works perfectly. I saved literally $300+ dollars by buying from SwimInn. If you are prepared to wait a week or two for your product, I highly recommend buying from SwimInn.

Apr 18,2025Two orders, zero deliveries, countless excuses. Never again. I placed two separate orders for the same product on Tradeinn, and on neither occasion did I receive what I paid for. First order – 56009432 I purchased an item that was listed as in stock. They sent me a tracking number (RE173050629NL), but the package never arrived. Later, the shipping agent (Spring GDS) confirmed that the package was never loaded, meaning it was never actually dispatched. Despite that, Tradeinn kept sending me messages saying the order was “in transit” and “under investigation.” Weeks later, they asked me to sign the same complaint form again but with a new date, as if the claim had just been submitted. They even asked me to sign a document they did not even attach. This is, at best, unprofessional — and at worst, suspicious. Second order – 57945307 Since the first order failed, I ordered the same product again. According to their website, it was in stock and ready to ship. Later, they informed me they did not have the product, and offered a replacement or cancellation. Meanwhile, the system still showed the order as “ready to ship.” That’s not a mistake — that’s deliberate misinformation. Summary: – Ordered twice – Received nothing – Asked me to alter dates on already signed documents – Sold products they did not have – Displayed false shipping statuses – Took no responsibility I have all of this documented with screenshots, emails, and written replies. I will never buy from them again. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
