Apr 18,2025Anbefaler ikke. Obsobs priser er ikke faktiske. Kommer svært dårlig fram på sidene at det er spansk nettbutikk så d tilkommer mva/avgifter som gjør d dyrere og MYE tregere enn å kjøpe fra norsk butikk. Siden siden var på norsk antok jeg d var norsk nettbutikk. Styr unna har ventet noen uker på en vare som burde vært her på 3 4 dager maks

Apr 17,2025ordered golf shoes, box was ripped apart, looks like a dog has been cheewing on it for a year, one shoe fell out. shoebox not sealed just put in a big plastic bag and shipped from spain to sweden. 1/10 will never order from there again.

Apr 17,2025Id give a 0 🌟 if i could. These are scammers, bought a heatpump for my pool set up and item is faulty, contacted them straight away to return for a refund but not helpful at all. Just keep telling me to claim through warranty when I've only had it less than a week. Not customer focus at all

Apr 17,2025Vorsicht – Verdacht auf Betrug! Ich habe über diese Seite einen Adidas-Jogginganzug für meine Frau bestellt – die Bestellung bestand aus drei Teilen. Geliefert wurde jedoch nur ein einzelner Fahrrad-Handschuh, der überhaupt nichts mit meiner Bestellung zu tun hat. Keiner der bestellten Artikel war im Paket enthalten. Das wirkt auf mich stark nach Betrug. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht auf meine Anfragen. Ich kann nur jedem raten: Hände weg von dieser Seite!

Apr 17,2025Tradeinn maakt een fout met verzendlabel en dan gaan hun totaal geen moeite doen om hun fout op te lossen. Contact is moeizaam en totaal geen medewerking. Tot op heden geen pakket ontvangen maar ligt wel in het depot van DPD waar het al ruim 2 weken ligt.

Apr 17,2025Numero ordine: 57173838 Il pacco non è mai arrivato e ormai è trascorso un mese. Sebbene riconosca che la responsabilità non ricada direttamente su Trekkinn, la mia recensione negativa riguarda il modo in cui stanno gestendo la situazione. È evidente che il pacco sia stato smarrito o sottratto dal corriere, eppure l'assistenza continua a fornire risposte automatiche, senza dimostrare alcuna reale volontà di risolvere il problema. Nonostante abbia proposto di effettuare un nuovo ordine sul loro sito, nella speranza che questa volta il pacco arrivi correttamente, si rifiutano comunque di emettere un rimborso. Ho sempre avuto un'esperienza positiva con gli acquisti sulla piattaforma Tradeinn, ma questa vicenda mi porta seriamente a riconsiderare la mia fiducia nel servizio.

Apr 17,2025Mi experiencia fue muy satisfactoria hasta el ultimo pedido en agosto del año pasado.Despues de varios años comprando practicamente de todo lo relacionado con el deporte , decidieron poner un suplemento de 7 € para el envio a las islas Baleares QUE ESTA EN ESPAÑA, cobran lo mismo que enviarlo a Irlanda del Norte. es incomprensible. Definitivamente no quieren vender en las islas. Esta empresa quedara como ultimo recurso si incluyendo este suplemento esta mejor de precio que en otras paginas.

Apr 17,2025I haven’t bought my product yet. Which makes this an unusual Review. My feeling pre purchase is at a 3 star at the moment. I hope Tradeinn can offer me something more than an automated response to assure my purchase will be a positive experience. I just don’t want a product, I want a happy experience. I’m based in Australia and found the product I want at a very reasonable price - which includes the freight cost. But the other reviews here do concern me greatly. Also Tradeinn’s website had non working function-links! (Maybe my star should be a 2?) My question: are the prices shown truly in Australian Dollars as indicated with AU$? And freight from Spain- it appears is only AU$142.99. It happened to me once before by a deceptive UK based company pretending to be an Australian website, showing Australian dollars BUT the figures were in fact Pounds, being fooled into a purchase where the costs doubled ( exchange rate), also I was charged a conversion fee. If your figures are actually EURO value I dont care, I just want to know - I do not want to discover later I was again fooled. I’m about to invest 550AU$+ 150AU$ in a purchase. I dont want to be paying Euro converted 1800AU$ instead!!! The world has enough negativity. Please be kind to each other. Marco.

Apr 17,2025Realicé el pedido a mediados de febrero de 2025 y no lo recibí. Tradeinn confirmaba haber entregado el pedido cuando la agencia de transporte había confirmado la devolución del paquete a sus instalaciones. Al no recibir la devolución del pedido tuve que poner una reclamación en el banco y en el PROP. El 4 de abril finalmente me devuelven el dinero y el 17 de abril vuelven a hacer el cargo a mi tarjeta. La profesionalidad del seguimiento a esta incidencia por parte de tradeinn ha brillado por su ausencia, cada vez me atiende un agente distinto POR ESCRITO, teniendo que volver a explicar todo de nuevo, tienen un teléfono de contacto para nada, porque no responde nunca nadie. Han perdido un cliente porque no pienso comprarles nunca mas

Apr 17,2025Super slecht bedrijf.. op 23 Maart een zonnebril besteld die zou binnen een paar dagen geleverd worden. Tot op de dag van vandaag nog niks ontvangen. Op hun site als ik de track and trace bekijk, staat dat het pakketje is ingepakt, maar nog niet is opgehaald door de transporteur.. na hier vraag over hebben gedaan, hadden ze het voorgelegd bij de transporteur, die zou op onderzoek gaan???? Kon 10 tot 15 werkdagen duren… eens maar nooit meer, dan maar 60 euro meer betalen de volgende keer.

They don't even answer messages, just automatic replies, so you tire yourself out and can't argue with them, and you don't make them see that they're wrong. If you place an order and the manufacturer makes the size smaller, the manufacturer announces it on their website, but they don't announce it. That way, if it's too small and you want to exchange it, they tell you it's the correct size you ordered. And if you want to exchange it, you pay 8 euros after also paying for shipping. How do I know they come in smaller if the store I buy from doesn't tell me about their items? I'll never buy here again, and I hope no one else in my circle does. I'll give them the money for the shoes, and I'll give them to someone who can use them. USURY

Apr 16,2025Retoure von mangelhafter Ware mehr als schwierig. Alle paar Tage meldet sich mal Jemand und dann wieder Bilder senden. Null Kundenservice und ich werde nach dieser Erfahrung nicht mehr dort einkaufen. Die Antwort hier von Tradeinn ist vollkommen am Thema vorbei. Welches Retourenetikett wenn tagelang keines zur Verfügung gestellt wird? Liest man richtig?

Apr 16,2025Basically a scam. UPS tried to overcharge imported fees by more than 10x. I had to eventually refuse the delivery. Now this company claims they will receive the return but simply destroy it. For no reason other than to attempt to scam me. Their reply still doesn’t explain why they won’t receive the package back.

Apr 18,2025This site is very, very excellent, according to my experience, and its merchandise is excellent, with absolutely no defects. This is what I think. The only drawback is that the shipping price is very high and it takes a long time though.
