Mar 06,2025Fiz uma encomenda no dia 15/02 com previsão de entrega para 17/02-18/02 sendo só uma previsão esperei mais um pouco para tentar contactar a empresa 24/02 perguntando sobre o estado da encomenda e se haveria possibilidade de enviar em duas encomendas visto que artigos que haviam estado em stock na altura que comprei não se encontravam no armazém da empresa. Foi me respondia que minhas soluções eram esperar ou retirar os artigos da encomenda. Votei a contactar dia 03/03 ver qual era o estado disseram que encomenda estava prestes a ser enviada. Dia 05/03 realmente foi enviada no entanto retiraram me um dos artigos de encomenda sem se quer perguntarem me se podiam retirar ou alterar o produto o que eu teria aceite com todos gosto, entretanto avisaram me que haveria um reembolso do valor do item. No entanto visto que paguei os portes de envio da encomenda para além de espera 3 semanas ainda vou perder dinheiro se quiser encomendar outro item pra substituir o mesmo. Em termos de atendimento ao cliente o serviço foi péssimo todas as respostas metade do conteúdo foi ignorado não há um apoio de cliente fixo, serviço péssimo. Número da encomenda: 56330236 No caso oferecem me a devolução do valor mas caso eu queira encomendar outro vou ter que gastar 2,99€ novamente nos portes de envio. Ou seja fico a perder de qualquer forma seja tempo seja dinheiro.

Mar 06,2025Ordered in early Jan, never got delivered. Parcel went back to them and now they are just repeating basic messages saying they are investigating, or please wait. Been like this for 2 months. £100 trainers I never received and now this. Sickening service.

Mar 06,2025Pedido número 55656313 A día de hoy, 5 de marzo de 2025, todavía no he recibido el paquete ni me han devuelto mi dinero, a pesar de que lo he reclamado. Sólo me queda ir a la comisaría y denunciar a Tradeinn por estafa. Me cobran 320€ por nada y no tengo respuesta.

Mar 05,2025He comprado varias veces y no he tenido problemas pero esta última vez han tardado más de un mes en entregarme el pedido ya que han vendido cosas que no tenían en stock, y de eso no te enteras hasta que haces el pedido y miras cómo está el estado.

Mar 05,2025Absolutely worst customer service ever. Website states carbon handlebars but I received aluminum bars. They keep denying they made a mistake and make me pay for my return before I can even get the right product. Customer service is also beyond rude. Really one of the worst experiences with a webshop ever. Never again!

Mar 05,2025I’d advise anyone to listen to all the bad reviews for this. Placed an order, by the expected delivery date I hadn’t received any confirmation that my item had been dispatched. Contacted Tradeinn to be told that the item was not in stock and would be dispatched when it arrived. Subsequently cancelled my order and bought the elsewhere.

Mar 05,2025Oseriöst företag! Beställde en TV som en enligt lagerstatusen skulle finnas tillgänglig. Veckorna går men ingen uppdatering. Hör av mig till TradeInn som för det första har en bedrövlig chattfunktion som kopplar bort lite när som helst. Får veta av kundtjänst att TV:n inte finns i lager och till saken hör att den fortfarande står som i lager på hemsidan. Jag undrar när den förväntas kunna skickas och kundtjänst svarar att det kan ta dagar eller månader. Uselt är bara förnamnet - de måste ju ha fått någon form av inleveransdatum från sin leverantör. Undvik och köp prylarna någon annanstans. Priset ser bra ut men spelar ingen roll när de inte kan leverera.

Mar 05,2025Unterirdisch! Habe einen Helm bestellt und das Lieferdatum wurde nicht eingehalten. Auf Nachfragen hin heißt es, dass die Lieferung vom Lager länger dauert und man mir keine Lieferzeit nennen kann. Obwohl der Helm als „auf Lager“ angezeigt wird. Kauft am besten irgendwo anders denn Tradeinn ist nicht seriös.

Mar 05,2025I ordered a coffee machine for my father for Christmas, which was out for delivery but never arrived. I have contacted customer support many times, and they tell me they are investigating - but 3 months later, I still have no refund, no update, and no coffee machine. I feel robbed; awful service!

Mar 05,2025I ordered a pair of goalkeeper gloves on goalinn.com I was sceptical as I'd read a lot of reviews of packages not coming however my package came but I'd say if you're ordering from here expect some form of a delay as mine came a few days later, nevertheless the tracking on it showed me where it was and i wasn't stressed. I would reccomend to anyone looking for items at a lower price

Mar 04,2025Un -5 pondria. Son unos p.... Incompetentes. Compré varias veces y los 2 últimos tuve problemas y lo que más me jode es que no contestan cuando se les envía mensaje/correo. En este último caso, al hacer el pedido puse mal la dirección de correo esto fue el 24 de febrero. Me puse en contacto 3-4 veces y otra hoy para arreglar el problema y ni una sola respuesta no tengo ni idea de dónde está mi paquete. Porque encima mirando en la web en mis pedidos, no aparece por ninguna parte. Hoy ya me harté y pedí el reembolso a través de PayPal. No compro más en este sitio de incompetentes.

'Therefore, we have reviewed your case, the shipping company in charge has already been informed and they are investigating' Sent you the email confirmation from the Royal mail review panel to CONFIRM: THEY HAVE 'LOST' your parcel. This case dates back to December 2024, do you really think that you are going to receive a parcel we are now in March 2025. What is there not to understand here? Royal Mail have asked you to submit a claim for their incompetence. I will ask for the millioneth time: where is my refund for an item I did not get? You have given no obligation to me your 'customer', you have taken NO action to investigate the matter. I have done this on your behalf, and despite this you are STILL insisting on waiting on a confirmed 'lost' parcel. Why have you not issued me with a REFUND? 54644524 My ongoing issue with TradeInn spans back to December 2024 I have contacted Royal Mail on their behalf, to advise they have 'lost' their parcel marked for a return. Royal Mail have advised TradeInn to make a claim for the parcel. TradeInn do NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO PROCESS THIS, and keep on advising me to wait for Royal Mail to return a parcel they have confirmed is 'lost'. Apalling customer services: NOW IGNORING ME LIKE OTHER CUSTOMERS. UNNACEPTABLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! EVER!!!!!!!

Mar 04,2025Habe letzten Freitag bei TradeINN/MotardINN einen Motorradhelm bestellt. Der Helm kam heute schon an (Dienstag), obwohl er für Mittwoch eingeplant war. Habe den Helm außerdem zu einem sehr guten Preis bekommen (ca. 50€ günstiger als andere Anbieter). Kann mich also absolut nicht beschweren, gerne wieder.

Mar 06,202525-01-25 : commande de chaussures (commande 55795454) 03-02-25 : mail m'informant que ma commande est en cours d'acheminement vers Mondial Relay Commande jamais reçue j'ai téléphoné à plusieurs reprises à Mondial Relay qui n'a jamais eu le colis entre ses mains et qui me dit de voir directement avec le site marchand beaucoup d'échanges de mail avec Tradeinn qui prend en compte ma demande, me promet un remboursement mais jamais de réponses concrètes 05-03-2025 : toujours pas de remboursement
