I wish I had checked the other one-star reviews before ordering, as it seems I'm not the only one with this issue. Avoid this company unless you’re happy to risk losing your money!
Vor 3 Wochen eine Fahrradfelge bestellt und nie versendet... Ich habe eine 28 Zoll Felge für mein Fahrrad bestellt, welche sehr dringend benötigt war. Angegeben war eine Lieferzeit von 2-3 Werktagen. Nach mehrfachem nachfragen wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet, bis ich dann den Schlussstrich gezogen habe und die Bestellung storniert habe. Wie kann es sein, dass der Versand 3 Wochen dauert?! Angeblich sei der Lieferant schuld, aber dann verkauft man doch nichts, was man nicht hat! Mein Geld habe ich auch noch nicht wieder

Second time I am ordering and the same problem. Products not in stock even if the website says it is in stock. And they are not letting you know that the products are not in stock only after you contact them. order :56674035 After complaining that the product is not in stock, and it was confirmed by Tradeinn that it is not in stock, you are still listing it online as in STOCK. It is a joke of a company.

Most negative reviews for TradeInn mention unexpected import duty. TBH if you buy a product for 30% less than any other website it's probably going to involve import duty at some point. I purchased from TradeInn because the item I wanted to buy is not available in Norway, so I'm more than happy to pay duty and get the product I want. C'mon folks, be fair and don't write negative reviews because of your own oversight.
Tradeinn are selling items they do not have in stock, saying they will be in stock and delivered quickly then once ordered pushing them back by 6 weeks. The are still showing the items as in stock on the site while I am not getting mine for months.
Tradeinn used to be fantastic, you could order things from Europe and have them arrive in Australia in a reasonable time frame. I have ordered quite a lot over the years from BikeInn, TrekInn, etc. and not had any problems until the last year or so. What I think is happening now is that TradeInn are selling things they don't have in their warehouse, even though they say "in stock" on their site, and show a clear delivery estimate. I have placed two orders in the last few months, and both have been held up entirely, not even dispatched from the warehouse for 3 weeks, with the expected delivery date creeping out further and further, at which point I have cancelled the orders. The most recent one was today, and I now have to start looking elsewhere again for the products I needed a month ago. I'm sure selling things they don't have in stock saves them money on holding stock, warehousing etc., but it ends up killing customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. When you can't trust their site's stock status and delivery dates, there's not much point buying from them, and for one won't be buying anything from TradeInn again.
Item description did not mention the language of a board game. I assumed that it would be English because that was the language of the 'original' description. Board game was Spanish. They refused to pay for the return.

Productos "en stock" cuando NO los tienen, constantemente (3 ultimos pedidos) retrasos y SIEMPRE hay algo,... hago pedidos en otros sitios y 0 problemas y con TRADEINN, SIEMPRE, SIEMPRE hay algo. Estoy reconsiderando seguir comprando y recomendar TRADEINN.
Llevo desde el día 10 que devolví el paquete esperando a que me digan algo llame a MRW y me dijo que tenían el paquete desde el 28 de febrero y estamos a 3 de marzo y a mí nadie me avisó de que ya tenían el paquete si no llega a ser por MRW. Si hoy no me dicen nada mañana voy a bajar a poner una denuncia a la comisaría ya que me parece esto una tomadura de pelo

Tras esperar tres semanas el pedido me llega producto equivocado, lo reclamo, mandó fotos etc a lo que me dicen que el producto que ha llegado es correcto y si quiero devolverlo es a mi cuenta. Lamentable servicio, no volveré a comprar.
Finger weg von Tradeinn! Liefert bestellte Artikel (Spiel) in spanischer Ausführung nach Deutschland (Sprache und Beschreibung/Beschriftung des Spieles in Spanisch), will den Artikel aber nicht kostenfrei zurücknehmen (Sendungsgebühren aus Deutschland nach Spanien 15,90 €). Absolut unseriös und nicht zu empfehlen
Tradeinn have multiple websites under different names that all use the same PayPal name Tradeinn Global Ltd. They abuse a flaw in the China Post API and generate fake tracking references and update them with further fake updates. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact the references only ever update from China Post all the way up to being delivered but will never update in the local courier's system. They rely on people chasing couriers and not realising the package was never sent. So if you're paying on any site via PayPal and Tradeinn comes up as the company being paid, CANCEL IT. Luckily with PayPal you can just dispute it and get a refund. Update - received a refund from PayPal and the tracking updated to say delivered, despite Royal Mail having no reference of the tracking reference entering the country they're the carrier for it here. Completely fake tracking info.
Ich habe 2 Mal bei Tradeinn bestellt. Beim ersten Mal habe ich nach langer Wartezeit aktiv nachgefragt, wann die Schwimmbrille zugestellt wird. Es tat ihnen leid, der Artikel ist nicht verfügbar. Ok. Wurde storniert. Kann vorkommen. Nun das exakt gleiche Spiel mit einen Fahrradstattel. Online erst „auf dem Weg“, nun nicht mehr verfügbar…aich soll den Artikel doch bitte nun selbstständig stornieren. Keinerlei Angebot einer Widergutmachung oder ähnlichem. Meine letzte Bestellung in diesem online Shop.

It has now been over 50 days, and there have been no tracking updates or clear information on when I will receive my order. Customer service has been unhelpful, repeatedly telling me to "wait," with no real solution. If I had known it would take this long, I would have never ordered. They have been holding my money for weeks without delivering the product or offering a refund. I do not recommend Tradeinn to anyone looking for reliable service. If you value on-time delivery and good customer support, avoid this company.
