Aug 05,2021Really some excellent teaching on this course, as well as some not so excellent teaching. Just be aware that to be able to actually work as an electrician you will need to register with an official body and have evidence of work you have completed (including correctly filled in paperwork) before any electrician will even look at taking you on. Most companies aren't interested in hiring electrician 'mates' so be aware you won't just be able to walk into easy employment unless you take the 3 year course and get your NVQ. This wasn't really made clear to me so felt a bit miffed but my own fault partly: they said that i'd be a fully trained electrician which I'm not: I'm a fully trained domestic installer. Very different thing.

Aug 04,2021I really enjoyed the courses I attended, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the classrooms were clean and tidy. The information was on the whole well presented and we were given backup documents to use for revision and future learning. I did feel that the practical equipment was worn and often broken and the online learning over zoom was brief, rushed and missed the backup information given in the at site courses. I would recommend the company but for the money would have thought that the practicals could be better.

Aug 04,2021I recently completed the C&G 2391-52 with TS4U at the Warrington Centre. The course was well paced with plenty of practical examples to assist with the theory training. Jay delivered the course very well and was easy to understand, recapping any points that people were not sure of. His command of the subject is excellent. They can provide the literature and equipment to complete the course if required. Some candidates bring their own. The class rooms are airy and light, a good environment in which to learn. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Aug 04,2021I had always been interested in Electrics and after searching the web I decided to train with Tradeskills4u because they had great facilities, flexible courses and were competitively priced. After going to one of their taster days and talking to them I signed up to their Domestic Installer course which can be added to whatever you want to do to expand your knowledge and qualifications. I would definately recommend Tradeskills4u

Aug 04,2021The customer service at point of booking is excellent. The team give good advice on the courses available and get you booked in when and where you need. The customer service whilst you are training is equally excellent. The tutors are friendly, very experienced and helpful. The in centre support teams are also friendly and helpful. I also had a personal issue which meant I had to defer part of the training. The team member that I dealt with was really understanding and showed genuine empathy. The course was rebooked for me at no extra cost. Really looking forward to my next training session.

Aug 04,2021I was initially a little apprehensive about going back to a classroom environment, especially as a mature candidate!... But found the whole experience enjoyable and rewarding. I was due to retire from the Fire Service at the end of the year after 30 years service, but I had been working as a sparky’s mate on my days off for around three years previous and thought that that this would be something I could do when I retire. The Trade Skills website offered such a lot of courses from beginner to experienced and provided the perfect stepping stone for me. I chose the Advanced Domestic Course with the Ev Charging course added on this was a 25 day course but the booking staff were so helpful and managed to fit all the courses in around my work pattern. The reception staff and tutors at the Leeds centre were always helpful and understanding and made the whole experience a true pleasure. I was genuinely sad when the courses finished, but came away with the knowledge, understanding and confidence as well as my City and Guilds qualifications to be able to pursue a career as an electrician. I’m looking at booking other courses later in the year now to gain additional experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any one whatever your age or experience to give Trade Skills4U a try. You won’t be disappointed at all!

Aug 04,2021Fantastic training. I attended the step one course at Coventry centre. All of the staff and trainers were highly skilled and taught at a level for all backgrounds, happy to go over any points that you didn’t quite get. Looking forward to attending my further courses with TS4U

Aug 04,2021I have found it life changing. So interesting and helpful to where I want to be. The team teaching are amazing and know their stuff. They are honest about what you’ll need to do to get in trade and that it is not as simple as attending a few weeks but it does give me everything you need in step 1 to get there. The rest is upto me. Can’t wait to get onto step 2. Amazing how much you learn in a short space of time.

Aug 04,2021I’ve been attending now for around 6 or 7 weeks. All the tutors are friendly and very helpful and the learning material in centre and online is excellent. They really cater to the different needs in terms of methods of teaching, which is brilliant! I had no previous experience and am amazed how much I have taken in as I was concerned I’d find it difficult. Can’t fault TS4U.

I also want to thank Derek and Adrian, their knowledge is second to none and Just want to say Adrian really does love teaching ! Aug 04,2021Really good course. Jay (Warrington) the instructor was brilliant. Very professional whilst also being quite relaxed. I would say that you need to have decent understanding of inspection & testing otherwise you might struggle. It’s definitely not a course if you have little to no experience. However with enough practice you should be ok. Hoping to book my 2396 with Tradeskills4U soon.

Aug 05,2021I have used Tradeskills4u several times and all the time I fell that they prepare me correctly for the final assessment. The entire process is easy and simple (finding the right course, payment, support, teaching, exams) and the call centre it's actually really helpful!
