Feb 01,2025Chloe was friendly and polite and immediately understood my request. Things were not straight forward for Chloe as I was not really 100% sure on what type of holiday that I wanted. Eventually we came up with three holidays to choose from and I left to give them some thought. Later in the day Chloe rung me to see what I thought about my choices and I booked one of the holidays.Overall a very good experience with plenty of help and no pressure. 5stars.

Greek islands, short walk to beach (for 82 yr old), b & b, short walk to restaurants, flights from Bristol at sensible time of day (not 6 in the morning!). Two bedrooms, one ground floor near amenities, pool, bar, garden - oh yeah and small family run hotel - not much to ask! Did I mention private taxi transfer and legroom on the plane? After 2 lovely friendly hours with the delightful, super helpful and patient Kelly in Cwmbran, we came out with a 10 day very affordable holiday in Corfu that met all our requirements. Perfect! Thanks Kelly - you're a star - oh ok a 5 star!
