Feb 01,2025We went in with fairly vague ideas of where we wanted to go but were quite restricted with the dates we could travel. The advisor took the time to talk us through all our options, was knowledgeable about the resorts/hotels he was recommending, and found us a holiday that we were happy with and at a price that was reasonable. He did not show any frustration at the amount of time it took for us to decide, or how many times we changed a request. I don't usually book holidays by going in to a travel agent but after this experience I would definitely consider doing so again.
